Which idiot in management thought it clever to pay for the App development and then implemented that users can’t use it until 5 days before arrival?? Does anyone think I’ll pay £7.99 to book my specific room? Surely if I was going to do this, I’d do it at time of booking? The world is run by hopeless morons…..

Extremely simple to use check in after 3pm and it gives you the room number via text, when you get there head to the room open the app tap key and hold over the door card reader and your in. Nice and easy no messing around with receptions 5 stars !
No use
When try to find your booking lists 4 hotels, none of which were mine. If you book a London hotel this app would be useful, but wouldn’t work for me.

Great idea , but small details such as key availability, 3times to unlock door , lift area access make it more bother than worth
Log out / Sign in / check out
Great App with the exception of not being able to check out despite the instructions provided. Couldn’t check out from the Home Screen so I logged out.
I received the notification reminder to check out so logged back in to discover “check out” had appeared.
