When I open the app and on the homepage all I get is a blank white screen.

I entered Spain as the location and my postcode, but the app froze and seemed not to like my location despite it being an option to create an account?????
Deceptive refundable surcharge fees
So these so called deals makes it seem that the surcharge fees apply to hotel surcharges, if booked get back $25. Nope the surcharges fees apply to Travelzoo passing credit card fees to their members. However when first purchase a voucher, it states boldly that surcharge fees are refundable up to a few days prior the trip if cancelled. When the voucher is purchased the date is changed to 2 weeks and not made bold. When cancel a voucher all of a sudden the surcharge fees are no longer refundable. Thus Travelzoo does bait and switch of so called refundable fees that members are thinking are applied to the hotel booking surcharges but way it’s worded purposely misleading to cause confusion and for Travelzoo to obtain $25 of members monies. The AG needs to look into this deceptive advertising of surcharge fees.

Lured me with Hawaii deals to sign up. Upon examination there was nothing suitable, not even close. It should be free, even then would nit use it.
Amazing Travel Deals! Clunky app
The deals are phenomenal and I love it all. My only complaint is the clunkiness of the app. Its difficult to navigate back and forth between pages. I usually end up closing the entire app and go back in to switch from deal to deal. It’s a pain. The website is excellent! The app is…meh.
