Saves time but...
Not a bad app to add to my collection of travel apps but it’s a shame they didn’t take advantage of some of the niceties of iOS to make the on-boarding process and general use smoother.
👎🏼 NO ApplePay.
👎🏼 NO autofill payment details.
👎🏼 NO ability to scan a payment details.
👎🏼 NO help/tutorial to explain what to do with that ticket (most apps you need to scan something, this you just show the driver).
Add these features and it will be a much better experience.
Update:
Discovered the app doesn’t even remember your previous payment details and it’s sooooo slow and has regular downtime when you need it most.

Leeds & West Yorkshire is not All of Yorkshire.
Too many bugs
Having to log into the site or input card details to buy a ticket when I have bought plenty is frustrating. Who has time for this when the bus is there?
Doesn’t work on iPhone X
Trying to buy tickets on the iPhone X is impossible. Pop up box says it’s going to transfer you through to the payment provider and the app closes! Seems a pointless app.
No tickets
Decent enough app but I don’t live in Yorkshire donuts useless to me as I can’t buy tickets for my region
