I am writing to formally report a serious issue involving your trading platform and a financial loss of over $300.
I purchased a card for the purpose of completing a transaction on your app and submitted the card details through the platform as instructed. After submitting the card, I waited for approximately 49 minutes before receiving a response stating that the card had already been used.
So the card was purchased at the time 2:17 which is 8:17pm in Nigeria
So uploaded the card at the time 8:26 just few minutes after purchase
Then I wan so surprise to receive this notification after 49 minutes of confirmation that the card was already been used
I don’t know why used card will that that long before confirmation it’s a used card. Here is the card please credit me back my money I’m begging you guys
This situation is highly concerning and raises a serious red flag. I find it unusual that it took close to 49 minutes for the platform to determine that the card had already been used. I would like this matter properly investigated, including when and where the card was allegedly redeemed and whether the card details were accessed or processed by your platform.
I have receipts, transaction records, and other evidence relating to the purchase and submission of the card. I can provide these documents to assist with your investigation.
Please provide a clear explanation of what happened to the funds and why the card was reported as already used only after approximately 15 minutes. I am also requesting information regarding the procedure for recovering the money I have lost.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and confirm receipt of this report. I expect a prompt response and a full investigation into this matter.

I submitted $250 electronic card bought and directly sent to me but this app says card used and ask me to contact my supplier which i did and they told me the funds were taken off from a website. I still submitted another $100 and they still said the same used. Which is crazy honestly

Don’t trade your card with this app. They are thieves and thieves never admit they steals and that’s what they are. I just traded my card of $1000 and it was approved the moment I went ahead to trade another $500 it was rejected saying it’s already been used and the crazy thing is I check the balance of the Apple Card before uploading and it’s not actually the first time, my trade history with them is they approve 3 and they reject 2 and it goes on and on. This app should be removed. Beware of Scam.

Traydah app is a mess. They are butch of thieves, bad response and no better customer service, they took advantage of blurry pictures to redeem my card. They told me the card was blurry and I send a clear photo to them and they told me it’s a used card. They say the card was used already before I sent it to them, whereas they are the only app that I send the card to. They are not worth trading or doing any business with.
