Not intuitive
Difficult to correctly change treatment. Reminders were nice. Now that I’ve finished treatment I can’t see where to tell it to end.
Lost tracking history
I was using the app for about a month to help me stay consistent with wearing my aligners. It was great and kept me accountable.
I had to erase my phone and start afresh because of external issues, but I do remember setting up a TrayMinder account with my Apple account so that my progress would be saved to the cloud. But when I reinstalled the app and tried to restore by singing into Apple account, nothing happens. I don’t even get an error message or no data found msg, it just silently fails.
Pretty disappointing

기기 변경 시 구독 정보가 안 넘어감
아이폰에서 구독하여 사용하다가 갤럭시로 넘어갔는데 구독 내용 반영 안됨. 이것저것 백업 관련하여 누르다가 결국에는 정보 다 날라갔습니다. 확인 부탁드립니다

Works as long as you do not need to change screens. Then you get pop-ups that the blast noise even when you have phone on silent and there is no close button- makes it unusable
Developer responded ads appear at most every 3 days and just pay to avoid it - oh, that makes it better??? I assume they still make money on ads even if I don’t subscribe. Too many non-subscription alternatives to mess with an app that does not work every third day. Maybe/maybe not greedy but at the very least tone-deaf developer. You don’t blast through and override the sound off feature and make invisible close buttons if you care about the user - lean toward just greedy.

Buggy
Nice for tracking when it works, but have had issues lately with the timer freezing, so I think I’ve paused it when I haven’t, or think I’ve started it when I haven’t. Additionally, a notification won’t leave the Dynamic Island on my iPhone. It’s just a black dot and will not go away, even by turning off live updates on settings. I know it’s tray minder because it takes me there when I tap it. It ends up blocking actual essential information from the island. Convenient, but not really worth this bug.

Best app for aligner users
I have been using this app for 4 years - initially for Invisalign - and then retainers. This is by far the best app I have come across. Also, when I experienced a ‘glitch’ (which was actually user error!) the developers were incredibly responsive and helpful!

很好用 一直在记录自己的牙套过程 很方便 拍照也比较直观 可以看到自己牙齿的变化
Was Nice Before Ads
I loved this at first. It was nice to be able to lay out my whole treatment and get reminders. I often quickly pull it up to see when to change next. Now after an update a while back, the app has ads and you can’t just pull up the calendar really quick until you’ve sat through an ad. I found it was just as easy to count and put things in my own calendar with reminders personally and the app’s lack of quick access to info made it more of a nuisance than it’s worth.

Добавьте пожалуйста возможность корректировки интервалов носки/перерывов. Иногда бывает ситуация, когда забыл начать кнопку и возникает необходимость скорректировать диапазон. Спасибо!

Needs improvement
Horrible when it continues to flash and there is no way to stop it. It doesn’t happen always, however, It gets in my nerves when it continues to do so after stopping the timer. Restating my phone is the only way to reset it! It can frustrate really badly.
Not free
Downloaded as a free app but unusable as it repeatedly asks you to pay every 5 seconds. Immediately deleted
The ads are so annoying
Great and useful app but every once in a while core features will be blocked by ads that make it unusable.
Cancelling Due to Permanently Stuck Ad
The app permanently got stuck in a night guard ad making the app unusable so I cancelled.
updates made it worse
used to love this when i first got my aligners. But all of the updates have made it worse to use and less user-friendly. First of all, they limited the number of pictures you can take, which is a much lower number than most people have aligners during their treatment so I had to delete half of my pictures to add more. Then they added these incessant ads that pop up anytime you hit a button like to edit my time wearing. I hardly use the app anymore because these things make it so unappealing to use.

Отличное приложение при носке элайнеров
Очень удобное приложение. Можно легко отслеживать время ношения, сколько дней осталось, какая статистика носки за все время. Во время пробной платной подписки вообще песня была, прям мего удобно было. Так что советую платную подписку: можно много фото зубов прикрепить по этапам и смотреть прогресс со стороны; и не заходя в приложение нажимать на кнопки «надеть/снять». Потом уже приспособилась без подписки, но тоже прикольно, а через 3 месяца мое лечение уже заканчивается. Спасибо, очень классное приложение, уже 8 месяцев с ним отслеживаю свое лечение.

Optimized for ads
I can’t even access the calendar (the most important feature), but the ads always work! Sit through an entire ad and can’t even close it out to continue… over and over again
