Kids only/glitches every time
1. Volume issues during scans. 2. Time to pull trays doesn’t account for folks with attachments—being barked at repeatedly while prying your trays out as fast as humanly possible gets old. 3. Geared toward the young crowd—would be nice to have a version/settings for folks over 16. 4. A place for the doctor to give guidance/feedback after delaying you to the next set of trays would be brilliant. Example: “More chewy work on the front teeth until the next scan in three days.” As it is now, I need to reach out and ask—lame. 5. Tilt and roll of the scans seems too twitchy—how about a set of levels to help folks hold the phone correctly? 6. Lastly, backwards type—even lamer.

Newest IPhone
After getting the newer iPhone my experience has been terrible. Pictures get rejected at least 50% of the time. The iPhone doesn’t sit flush in the device and the clamps depress buttons. Terrible experience and dread having to take pictures now.
