Poor customer service
I had rewards from Dysport expire since I couldn’t use them during pregnancy. They refused to reinstate them even though you cannot receive Dysport during pregnancy. Pretty poor customer service response.
Crashes & Freezes CONSTANTLY
I don’t know why this app has almost 5 stars - for me it’s barely usable. I have to relaunch it all the time, the app freezes when I try to complete my profile-it’s totally useless except for checking points.
App immediately logs me out every time
Could have used the $20 at the time of service, but the app logged me out. Every time I pull the app up I have to log in.

The updated Galderma ASPIRE Rewards app is amazing! It’s so easy to use and makes tracking my treatments and rewards simple. I can see my points, and redeem for rewards in just a few taps. Everything loads fast, and the new design feels clean and modern.
I really like how it keeps me up to date with new offers and reminders so I never miss out on earning points. It’s clear Galderma put a lot of thought into making this app convenient and enjoyable to use.

Facebook login not working
The app keeps logging me out. When I try to log in with Facebook login, like I always do, it goes back to the app sign in screen and it won’t log me in. I can’t access my rewards I’ve accumulated because of this. When I click on “app support” here in the App Store it just brings me to the login screen on the app. The app is up to date and doesn’t need an update. I’m losing out on reward money because of this glitch.
