Easy to Use, Excellent Promotions, and Real Savings
I’ve had a great experience with ASPIRE Rewards. The app is very user-friendly and makes it easy to track points, rewards, and promotions. I especially appreciate the frequent offers and promotions throughout the year, which have helped me save a significant amount of money on my treatments.
I really appreciate that the emails and push notifications are clear, relevant, and timely without feeling overwhelming or spammy. I always know about new offers, rewards opportunities, and important account updates! No junk—just the good stuff!

Not usable
I don’t know why this app has almost 5 stars - for me it’s barely usable. I’m frequently prompted to do surveys but IT NEVER LETS ME SUBMIT THEM. I get a generic error. I have to relaunch it all the time, the app freezes when I try to complete my profile-it’s totally useless except for checking points.

Profile setup doesn’t work
The profile screen that asks if you are a member of Alle does not proceed to the next screen. The next button does not respond regardless of a yes or no answer.
Poor customer service
I had rewards from Dysport expire since I couldn’t use them during pregnancy. They refused to reinstate them even though you cannot receive Dysport during pregnancy. Pretty poor customer service response.
Crashes & Freezes CONSTANTLY
