Easy to Use, Excellent Promotions, and Real Savings
I’ve had a great experience with ASPIRE Rewards. The app is very user-friendly and makes it easy to track points, rewards, and promotions. I especially appreciate the frequent offers and promotions throughout the year, which have helped me save a significant amount of money on my treatments.
I really appreciate that the emails and push notifications are clear, relevant, and timely without feeling overwhelming or spammy. I always know about new offers, rewards opportunities, and important account updates! No junk—just the good stuff!

Not usable
I don’t know why this app has almost 5 stars - for me it’s barely usable. I’m frequently prompted to do surveys but IT NEVER LETS ME SUBMIT THEM. I get a generic error. I have to relaunch it all the time, the app freezes when I try to complete my profile-it’s totally useless except for checking points.

Profile setup doesn’t work
The profile screen that asks if you are a member of Alle does not proceed to the next screen. The next button does not respond regardless of a yes or no answer.
Poor customer service
I had rewards from Dysport expire since I couldn’t use them during pregnancy. They refused to reinstate them even though you cannot receive Dysport during pregnancy. Pretty poor customer service response.
Crashes & Freezes CONSTANTLY

App immediately logs me out every time
Could have used the $20 at the time of service, but the app logged me out. Every time I pull the app up I have to log in.

Facebook login not working
The app keeps logging me out. When I try to log in with Facebook login, like I always do, it goes back to the app sign in screen and it won’t log me in. I can’t access my rewards I’ve accumulated because of this. When I click on “app support” here in the App Store it just brings me to the login screen on the app. The app is up to date and doesn’t need an update. I’m losing out on reward money because of this glitch.

Doesn’t work
This app barely functions and my provider is not listed. What’s the point? I enrolled in the spot at my provider’s office yet she cannot be found in the app directory. It takes FOREVER to login - over 3 min using Apple ID which is basically non-functional for 2025. Apparently there’s a game happening now but of course my app gets stuck loading. Great work everyone.

Needs Work
I can almost never get this app to work! My provider struggles getting it to work too. Every time I log in it moves SO slow and if I’m lucky it’ll actually load. In the chance it does load it immediately crashes out when I try to click something. I kept hoping an update would be pushed out but this has been an issue from the beginning. The app definitely needs some work.

I’ve always had the same log in . One day it stopped working. Somehow my backup email became my primary login. Now I can’t even log in normally I have to use the 1 time log in code. Well… now that doesn’t work! No way to get into my account…

Love Galderma Products. Have had Sculptra done for the last 10 years. Lasts so long and makes me feel like myself again. Best money I ever spent on my face.

Useless
Clunky app. Gift certificates I purchased not showing up or working. Customer service takes days to respond and even when you talk to someone they can’t help. The points aren’t nearly worth it for how much you’re actually spending.
