CANNOT CANCEL!
There is no cancellations button or page under manage subscription or membership! It tells you how but it doesn't appear! Also you have to pay membership AND for the medication! I will not return to this app as soon as I figure out HOW TO CANCEL!!
Terrible Update and Service
The new update to this app is horrible. The interface is clumsy and difficult to navigate. Worst is that you are forced to send all communication through an AI chat. You’ll receive an email that you have a new message from a provider, so you go to the chat. And you can’t see the message. Who knows if it is from an actual provider? And then when you ask for help, you are forced to run your own message through AI before it will just send it. I don’t want to do that. And I’ve been told three times now that they will address the issue, but nobody has gotten back to me in weeks. In other frustrating parts, it is difficult to see your weight loss history. And even if you’ve lost a few pounds since your last check in, the AI on the app will say something like, “Everyone has setbacks. You’ve got this.” And even though I have no support anymore, Hers is, of course, happy to keep charging me money. The amounts do escalate the stronger your prescriptions go, but for the money I am reliably paying, a real person should get back to me at least within a work week.

Absolutely NOT! I was never given a prescription but they had me enter my payment information. Which is on me. They charged for 4 months and I never received ANY medication nor was I able to even talk with a physician. The only thing I was sent was an auto message about filling out the intake paperwork. I tried to contact support which took over 4 hours to get a response which said their policy won’t give refunds and that I was paying for a subscription. A subscription where I should have had access to physicians and Medications that they advertised. This is a scam! I wouldn’t be surprised if they made mistakes with shipping too. Just don’t trust it. Go with a different company. I am so mad!

Scam
Biggest scam ever. Tried to cancel my first shipment of meds, was unable to get refund or get it cancelled. Tried again to cancel before the second shipment and they successfully canceled my medication shipment but STILL TOOK $200 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. Robbed me of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in about two weeks time. Absolutely ridiculous and misleading.

Hers health care
They do a bait and switch. Said it was 39.00 for first month of meds. They took my 39.00. Then they took 99.00 then they took 149.99. When i tried to cancel. There is no place to remove my cc. They hit my card again for 99.00 after subscription cancelled. I cancelled the cc to stop the money. The refuse to give me back the 99.00 or the meds and blocked me on social media
