Cannot get prescription
I had a very frustrating experience with Hers Weight Loss.
The biggest issue is that provider responses are extremely slow. Every time I had questions about my medication or treatment plan, I had to wait much longer than expected for a reply. For a prescription medication that can cause significant side effects, timely communication is important.
Another major disappointment was the lack of prescription flexibility. They don’t give me my prescription. And there’s no way in the app to get the prescription. I wanted to transfer my FDA-approved Wegovy prescription to another pharmacy because it was significantly less expensive there. Instead of allowing a standard prescription transfer, I was told that transferring my prescription would also mean transferring my medical care, and they would only provide a two-week bridge prescription. This effectively locks patients into purchasing medication through Hers if they want to continue treatment.
The pricing is also misleading. The advertised medication price does not include the required membership fee. In my case, the total monthly cost was $348 ($149 membership + $199 medication), which is much higher than purchasing the same FDA-approved medication through other pharmacies.

App functionality
App glitches frequently and prevents you from making suggested changes to your medication.
Scam
Don’t honor discounts, and when they do it jumps from $39-$100 with no care, no updates, no tracking for prescriptions, and sends you to AI help that lies and says you don’t have a prescription then charges you anyway & refuses refunds and repeats the same bs to gas you out of energy to actually pursue legal action.

Membership
I was charged at the beginning 39$ just to enter for the pills 170 something didn’t complain. It was all good. Stop taking them because I had headaches and nausea. It’s a subscription. And they were gonna recharge me at the end of August to get more I was gonna cancel my subscription Probably should’ve done it sooner. Because I was suddenly they just wanted to charge me.99$ just for the membership when I had no idea I thought it was even worse when they told me I couldn’t get a refund because that’s a lot of money. Just for a membership fee that wasn’t even known for and even worst part yet I don’t even take those pills but I wasn’t complaining because I was probably on me but that fact that I can’t even get a refund down to the drain money I worked for…. Worst part you can’t even call this company. You have to message them and they respond in a couple hours later It kinda gets frustrated when do you want get a hold of a person but it’s probably just a robot so it kind of sucks
