Absolutely awful and glitchy

Everything about this app and company are terrible. It is clunky. The doctors and absolutely dumb which is probably why they are doing gigs like this and the customer service is pretty much just aAI. A very appologetic AI bot because of the repeated screw ups of this thing.

Scam

Their promotions are lies. They will charge you $150 and never receive any treatment. The justify their charges as part of a plan with no treatment available to you. Also, its not $39 per month. Its $150 a month.

Clown Show

After the first prescribed treatment didn’t work I was prescribed a new protocol. The problem was, the app was stuck on my old meds program and the system couldn’t send the new meds. I was told to complete a new intake, but there was no such option, only an option to renew the old protocol. I was told that my account needed a hard reset and that technical support would need to do it. Technical support clearly did not read the support ticket and sent me a canned response telling me to complete a new intake. I went round and round six times with the same issue, no one bothering to read or understand the problem, they just kept closing the ticket. Finally, they fixed it so that I have the option of completing a new intake, but the new intake form wanted me to pay in advance for the same treatment that had already not worked for me (4x the price of the new meds). When I explained this, I ended up in the same looping process of tickets to tech-support which no one read and canned responses that did not address the issue. I gave up and asked them to delete my account, all personal information and payment information. Instead, they just disabled my login and now I get constant notifications that I have important messages waiting for me in the app, which I cannot access. Clearly, they are retaining my personal information in violation of the law. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this ridiculous operation. Avoid.

false advertising

Initially paid $39 to sign up then it was my understanding it’d be $150 after that each month for weight loss pills. it’s actually $298 every month so i decided to cancel but they’re not giving my $39 back. Really sucks because no where did it say it’d come up to $298 each month. Now i wasted $39 for nothing.
