Unable to edit weight once logged!
The app does not allow edits to be made to your weight once logged for the day unless you do it within a 30 min window. Please make changes to the app so edits can be made to weight. My weight can fluctuate in the mornings and I want the option to change. Otherwise, app works great and I typically get a response from a healthcare provider within 24 hrs.

Not trustworthy
They keep charging me after I cancel my subscription. Didn’t even started any treatments or anything and they have charged me 4 times already after cancellation. They do refund (or at least that’s what it seems like) but I don’t want to deal with this every two days.

I did lose weight using Ro… my issue is 1. You cannot get up with a provider. 2. They tell you to up your dose every 4 weeks which is false you only up your dose when you hit Plateau. So I was constantly putting my body through stress and side effects for no reason. The cost is false advertisement. My dose is only suppose to be $199 on top of membership fee .I had to pay $338 plus membership fee . also I asked for a dose to maintain my weight and the provider (which was hard to contact lol) asked me which dose I would like to use … I’m not a doctor sweetie idk. So My only happy comment is that I lost the weight I could not get off no matter how hard I tried.
