Poor communication, no extra confrontation before being charged for medication
I decided to try RO after seeing many influencers post that they had a good experience with it, and wanted to see if prices were different. I’ve been using HERS. RO’s communication is slow, they’re telling me I did not answer that I was already on a GLP1 (I did. It also asked about my dosage and side effects on it, not sure what happened on their side). They charged and processed me for a prescription (dosage much lower than what I’m already on) with no additional confirmation. Thankfully was able to cancel it and get refunded, disappointed to have lost the initial $35 member fee. But I refuse to continue to use this app. If you are wondering if you should go with this or HERS, go with HERS.

Great but you’ll be charged double
Ro and its services are a great however beware that you need to pay for your medication AND a monthly subscription fee. Even though I read things throughly it was not very clear that this would be the case until I was charged $300 in my first month.

There is no customer service! I had to ask two questions but they made my go through a questionnaire to ask the questions then they only answered one and was an AI answer that you can find on their FAQ. It’s BS!!!! You are wasting your money to go with this company and inject something in your body when they don’t respond within a timely manner and never answer your questions like a real person.

Unable to edit weight once logged!
The app does not allow edits to be made to your weight once logged for the day unless you do it within a 30 min window. Please make changes to the app so edits can be made to weight. My weight can fluctuate in the mornings and I want the option to change. Otherwise, app works great and I typically get a response from a healthcare provider within 24 hrs.

Not trustworthy
They keep charging me after I cancel my subscription. Didn’t even started any treatments or anything and they have charged me 4 times already after cancellation. They do refund (or at least that’s what it seems like) but I don’t want to deal with this every two days.

I did lose weight using Ro… my issue is 1. You cannot get up with a provider. 2. They tell you to up your dose every 4 weeks which is false you only up your dose when you hit Plateau. So I was constantly putting my body through stress and side effects for no reason. The cost is false advertisement. My dose is only suppose to be $199 on top of membership fee .I had to pay $338 plus membership fee . also I asked for a dose to maintain my weight and the provider (which was hard to contact lol) asked me which dose I would like to use … I’m not a doctor sweetie idk. So My only happy comment is that I lost the weight I could not get off no matter how hard I tried.

No customer Service
This is the worst customer service. I have requested and initiated many conversations and not a single human has spoken to me. As a matter of fact, the bot doesn’t even speak to you. The only answer I ever get is another questionnaire. Worst provider ever!!
Bad service
3 days for every response and no line of communication. Lapse of treatment and indifference. They should not be doing medical treatment, complete negligence, ro should lose its license.
They lie so they don’t up your dose
They show you the usual titration chart but they won’t stick to it because once you hit a certain mg all the medication is the same price so they keep you on lower doses and when they refuse to pay they offer it for free then still charge you!!! Is 150 a mo for the membership then 449 a month for 7.5mg-12.5mg, it takes 5 months to get to 7.5mg and almost a year for 15mg. So 7200 for a year of trizepitide considering most telehealth will on charge 2000 this place is a total scam!!!!!

This app heavily advertises low prices on Instagram, but in reality it’s very disappointing.
You’re required to subscribe to get a prescription, and the medication ends up being more expensive than at CVS. The promotional prices shown in the ads are almost impossible to find in the app — I searched for a long time and never located the advertised rates.
It feels like constant advertising with very little actual value. Not worth it if you’re looking for genuine savings on medications like Zepbound or semaglutide.
If you already have insurance or can get a prescription from your regular doctor, you’re better off going straight to a regular pharmacy.

Terrible Provider Service
If you want to see ai responses and inconsistent medical advice followed by double billing then this is the app. The worst provider program I’ve experienced.
Disappointed
I’ve received my medication late three times in a row. Every message I sent to support—my reminders, requests, and complaints—was ignored, and no action was taken. I honestly don’t understand what I’m paying the membership fee for. I’m extremely disappointed. I also believe the treatment hasn’t been effective because I haven’t been able to follow the prescribed schedule due to these repeated delays.
