Obtuse hard to use app, bad UI/UX
I can’t stand this app. It’s awful. Can’t even just easily see my pending refill or order. Hides pricing. Forces you to buy 5 months @ $175 at a time to get good price. $80 a month other wise. No live chat support. Takes forever to respond. Slow order processing.
Bad customer service, UX
I used to really like this company but the app, website, customer service seem to have been gutted over the past few years:
- Unable to correct payment information, the error message hangs around indefinitely after correcting it
- Order history has no dates or times
- Contacting support just results in canned replies then a feedback request
These days it’s so easy to see a doctor in person and get prescriptions so the value proposition of using Hims is really minimal.
