Extremely disappointed with Hims.
Their billing and prescription process feels misleading and dishonest. They charged me for a new 30-day supply before I had even finished the previous one, then refused to issue a refund, claiming the prescription had already been processed—even though I wouldn’t receive the medication for weeks.
The timeline simply doesn’t make sense, and it appears to be designed to bill customers as early as possible rather than based on when they actually need the medication. Customer service was unwilling to take responsibility or offer a fair solution.
Transparency and honesty are essential when dealing with healthcare and prescription medications. Unfortunately, my experience with Hims fell far short of that standard. I would not recommend this service.

I got screwed out of 250 bucks, i thought i canceled my subscription and removed my credit card from the app, but they automatically sent me pills a year after I first purchased them. The customer service would not refund me the money even though I did not want the product. I disputed the purchase with my credit card, the company fought my dispute. They even disputed fighting my claim with my credit card. They deserve an F rating with the better business bureau which I will be contacting. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service experience I’ve had with Hims. I’m traveling out of state and simply forgot to bring my prescription with me. I contacted Hims asking for a small temporary prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy.
I was I initially told that this was possible, and I provided the pharmacy name, address and phone number. After that, the process became unnecessarily slow and confusing. I had to repeatedly explain that I wanted a small local supply, then waited hours between responses to very simple questions.
Once a physician asked how many tablets I wanted, and I clearly requested five. Even after providing that answer, I was still left waiting without confirmation that the prescription had actually been sent.
This should have been a very straightforward request, especially considering that I am an existing patient with an established prescription. The long delays, repeated clarification, and lack of timely follow-through have been extremely frustrating.
Hims may offer a convenient service when everything runs automatically, but based on this experience, their customer support is far too slow when you actually need help with something outside the normal subscription process.

Beware of customer service pricing and lack of response
I used them for a couple years and recently the customer service became very bad.
They won’t respond for days sometimes. It’s been over a month and they haven’t shipped my order. Finally, they quoted me a much higher rate than was advertised and I had to negotiate and send screenshots just to receive the rate online.

I read a lot about this and thought it was legit. I was trying to get a better price for Wegoby. I paid the subscription and now I got charged $149, for something and never got. There is no number or email to write to, and no way to track anything. It’s the biggest scam I have seen. I just can’t believe Apple will let them promote it in here.
I don’t understand how Apple let this company scam people. I am seriously thinking after having iPhones all my life, switching to another carrier, that doesn’t allow scammers like this steal money

Does not give any notification you will be charged soon, and totally unresponsive customer service makes cancelling impossible

Have been approved medicine 6 days ago however it’s still not shipped and their support team doesn’t know when will it be shipped not even an approximate timeline all while money is deducted 6 days ago , disappointed with their slow service

Been waiting for my prescription for 12 days
My prescription was expected to be shipped on the 1st of the month, but the status has remained “being filled at pharmacy” with no meaningful update. At this point, it’s impacting my ability to stay on schedule, and I’ve received little to no helpful communication. I’d like a prompt explanation and an expedited solution. I’m not satisfied with the fulfillment process or the lack of transparency.
