App is fine - their business stinks. Communications are all AI and not helpful. Overcharge for junk AND won’t send proper dosage - and no recourse when they do !

They took my money 15 days ago & never sent anything out. They claimed the script was being filt as it sat stagnant for 15 days. I did ask for my refund since they had no idea when my order was going to be shipped. They said 5-10 business days on refund.
Basically 1 big scam to get your personal info. Now I have to wait additional days to even order with another company, 25 days wasted basically.
I too wanted to give this a try and do it month to month but the way they are Goodluck.

Very pleased with my results
Since I have been taking Hims almost three months now, I experience better libido, stronger erections and overall good health. I am a prostate cancer survivor from three years ago caught early enough to treat with 28 days of radiation. So to have this product give me such great results in such a short time is amazing and there are so many wonderful adjectives I can say about this product and the support team.

Make sure to shop around
You can definitely get a better price with other providers. Plus the app is very glitchy and hard to navigate if you have more than one subscription. Do not recommend.

The app confusing, unclear and extremely difficult to access anything. You will go in circles, so use the website.
Poor shipping
There was no shipping options, default was Usps ground advantage. Package was for anxiety medication which was lost and now im in the middle of filling a a claim. Complete opposite of what I needed right now.
Unprofessional
Ghosted by the first doctor and can’t start a new appointment through the app. Also no support whatsoever. Can’t get anything done.

Not for mental health care
Hims should not be managing people’s mental health. Firstly, the “doctors” just ask what drugs you want— They are not doctors, they’re drug dealers. Second, I noticed issues with bottle labeling that are potentially life-threatening (I reported this to Hims and received a generic response). Third, and most importantly, there is no consistency of care. Every time you chat with a “doctor”, it’s a different person. I’ve been trying to speak with someone about the medication I’m taking and I can’t even get through to a human. I just keep getting ai responses. I even took their “mental health assessment” questionnaire after 3 months on medication, and it was completely ignored. Erectile dysfunction, hair loss— fine. But stay away from people’s mental health.

Deceptive pricing
Fell for an ad that said $39 would get me started... 39 is the membership... which once u pay they will then sell you the drug for 150 plus continued 150 per month membership... but none of that was at all clear until you paid the initial... if it seems odd to you that they want you to make a payment very early in the process, that's why.

Still waiting 21 days for something ship and no
Product works great. Until they don’t ship your meds for 21 days after saying “your order is approved”! I had a payment method switch and I thought that was the original issue. I waited. And waited. And am still waiting. I was on hold with support for 1.5 hours for them to just tell me, in short, “we only have one pharmacy, the stock is low, there is nothing we can do to ship or cancel this now”. This company has supply chain issues and customer service will just tell you the same things over and over again that they can’t control the issue once it hits the pharmacy. This is the issue I want to be known. It’s not support’s problem, it’s the supply chain which is vulnerable and affects those who depend on it. I’m switching to Keeps which offers the exact same thing but now with free expediting and same amount of customer service and help along with other supplements. Ro also offers the ability to use your own pharmacy which mitigates their supply chain bottlenecks. If you’re looking for help when you need it, this is not the company.

$150 a month subscription + medication cost is too expensive. You can get it other places a lot cheaper. Customer service is not so great. They never shipped my product and they’re asking me. How’s it going? I would not recommend this company
