Worst customer service
It’s all bots / agents trying to help you. When enough goes wrong you get a real person, however the real person doesn’t go back and read most of the transcript so they also make mistakes. I’ve never experienced such a frustrating customer experience in my life.

This place will try to sell you stuff for 30-40$ a month then go to 199$ which is whatever but then they secretly gonna charge u another 149$ for membership and all these fees are hidden and confusing until you get charged and start wondering what that was all about
Hims works!
I have been taking Hims for ED for a while now and it works great with no side effects! I highly recommend it.
Bare bones app, not helpful
The app is more a commercial for everything else Hims offers. The progress is logged in yes/no options… no notes option. If you miss a day you can’t go back to add it. It’s about as close to useless as an app can be.
Thieves - Hims refuses refunds beware
This company steals your money. They take your money for a prescription before you get a chance to talk to a doctor and later refuses to refund. Pathetic and dangerous company

I signed up for the monthly membership of $39 and they said it would be the first months total costs. They tried to charge me another $149 on top of the monthly subscription fee. When I cancelled, they refused to refund me. Makes sure you can afford it before you sign up. They will take your money and not give you anything in return

Future of Preventative Health
Great user-interface. My favorite part is the LABS - it’s a great service. Look forward to Hims hopefully collecting more data in the future with wearables for more personalized charts and knowledge for the AI chat. Everything has been quick and smooth for me.
I can foresee this becoming much more than a place to make appointments and order new medicine - I think it will soon be the go-to health app for personalized health and data analysis.

6 weeks from the time my card was charged and they still haven’t shipped my order
They don’t reply and refuse to acknowledge glitches in their app. I asked for a refill on 7/10 and they’re saying it going to be shipped 8/18, it’s not 9/27 and they’re saying the refill isn’t available Z they said they haven’t shipped my meds either, and they’re saying can’t refill them.
Just go to a regular doctor, HIMS is not worth it. I will have to perform a charge back. There’s NO WAY to message them outside the app and all they give you is a canned response. 2 full months for a refill is not acceptable.

I had a good experience until they switched everything they have over to AI
Everything on this app and site is now AI and not very helpful. Signing up is SUPER easy but after you’re a customer and subscribed they don’t care about you. It’s nearly impossible to get a real person to talk to you with the chat feature. They also make it difficult to cancel. Avoid if possible.
Lack of Communication
First time experience with Hims and my prescription has been stuck in processing for over three weeks. Their online provider approved me, wrote the script and Hims took my money and then no communication. Only an AI bot reply to my inquiry on the shipping delay. Apparently they don’t have the products they are pitching despite advertising as such. I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund. Waste of my time. Going to see my actual primary physician for a script instead.

Getting in touch with an actual human being is nearly impossible. They’ll spend days letting their AI responses keep you in limbo. They said they had a “technical issue” refilling my prescription and never communicated with me about what was causing the issue. WARNING LGBT CUSTOMERS: in the rare instance you can get in touch with a human being, they are insensitive to LGBT patients’ needs. The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. As you can see to the responses to negative reviews, they’ll just have a bot tell you to reach out to support, but don’t expect to ever reach a real human being if you try. Avoid this company.

Disappointed
I was able to get hair loss treatment prescription fast and easy. However, my order has been stuck on being filled for the past 16 days with no end in sight. I’ve already paid for my order and feel like this is a typical scummy company move to get a cash advance.

This app provides no functionality other than signing up for additional services. Customer inquiries take forever and there is no number to reach them at. Help documentation is incomplete or incorrect.

Even after turning off my auto renew and “chatting with support “ very expensive meds were still shipped and billed to me.

App is fine - their business stinks. Communications are all AI and not helpful. Overcharge for junk AND won’t send proper dosage - and no recourse when they do !

They took my money 15 days ago & never sent anything out. They claimed the script was being filt as it sat stagnant for 15 days. I did ask for my refund since they had no idea when my order was going to be shipped. They said 5-10 business days on refund.
Basically 1 big scam to get your personal info. Now I have to wait additional days to even order with another company, 25 days wasted basically.
