Not intuitive
Difficult to correctly change treatment. Reminders were nice. Now that I’ve finished treatment I can’t see where to tell it to end.
Lost tracking history
I was using the app for about a month to help me stay consistent with wearing my aligners. It was great and kept me accountable.
I had to erase my phone and start afresh because of external issues, but I do remember setting up a TrayMinder account with my Apple account so that my progress would be saved to the cloud. But when I reinstalled the app and tried to restore by singing into Apple account, nothing happens. I don’t even get an error message or no data found msg, it just silently fails.

기기 변경 시 구독 정보가 안 넘어감
아이폰에서 구독하여 사용하다가 갤럭시로 넘어갔는데 구독 내용 반영 안됨. 이것저것 백업 관련하여 누르다가 결국에는 정보 다 날라갔습니다. 확인 부탁드립니다

What it coulda been…,
Works as long as you do not need to change screens. Then you get pop-ups that the blast noise even when you have phone on silent and there is no close button- makes it unusable
Developer responded ads appear at most every 3 days and just pay to avoid it - oh, that makes it better??? I assume they still make money on ads even if I don’t subscribe. Too many non-subscription alternatives to mess with an app that does not work every third day. Maybe/maybe not greedy but at the very least tone-deaf developer. You don’t blast through and override the sound off feature and make invisible close buttons if you care about the user - lean toward just greedy.
