Couldn’t identify an Oak Tree
Absolute horrible app would not recommend it to anyone. It only took me 10 minutes to figure out this app is a joke but yet there’s no way to get my money back.

The database for trees isn’t complete, every tree I tried it on is misidentified sadly.
Don’t get your hopes up
Could identify a few oaks but not a persimmon tree.

Downloaded the app and started the free trial think it was for 3 days. They Immediately took £4.99 from my account.
I did have success in identifying trees. It’s not worth £4.99 a week I feel and only gives you a percentage of how sure it is.
Shooting frame is small so unable to have the full tree in the shot

Stop subscription
Cant locate where to STOP THIS SUBSCRIPTION and it keeps charging me monthly!!!

I never even clicked into the app but it set up a subscription to my phone and started charging me weekly. Terrible experience

I can’t get enough of this biology app! The AI solver is spot on with its responses, and it has transformed the way I approach my studies. It’s definitely worth downloading!

I scanned a tree in my yard 5 times and app gave me 5 different trees as possibilities. I still have no idea what tree is in my yard. Thank god I remembered to cancel the free trial.

Tree identification
First trial resulted in some “off-the-wall” ids. Not impressed so far.
Not for me
Downloaded the app and took one picture of a known variety of tree. It misidentified it and proceeded to tell me i had reached my daily limit. One picture is the limit without paying! Scam and useless.
No way to cancel on app
I give it a one because there’s no clear way to cancel on the app plus it misidentified a couple trees.

Downloaded for free thanks to AppAdvice. Would definitely not pay for. There’s no option to turn off sound so you listen to the camera shutter sound repeatedly. The camera itself does some sort of automatic positioning where it tries to guess if you want portrait or landscape but it’s always wrong. Then the identification itself is poor. I had hoped it could do bark but it fails most of the time. It also struggles to do identifications in general and can’t handle multiple green plants in the image (so nothing in the background). The Seek app does a much better job and is free.

The app is a joke
Y'all know the developer's name is Semen Sharin', right? ChatGPT can already do things like identify things in a photograph and do it for free! There's hundreds of identical "specialized" apps like this on the App Store, lol. I hope nobody actually pays for a subscription to any of them! I hope nobody actually was so naive to have thought that Apple's "walled garden" App Store wasn't infested with fraudsters, thieves, pirates and con artists... (News flash, the developer is literally sharing his semen with you)
