Love the app, when it works.
I love this app. It helps me exercise and I love that I can do something good for the environment. My only problem is, sometimes, including right now, it just doesnโt open. Iโve logged in, but it doesnโt load. Thereโs just a loading spiral. Nothing happens.

I was collecting points for a few years to get a trek light blanket, just to find out the product has changed to a towel 1/3 of the price for the same amount of points
Cant re-login to account
Twice at this point, after being logged out in some way or another (the second one being completely randomly), I have been unable to log back into my account. Logging with google says i used an actual username/password, but that section says my account doesnโt even exist despite the fact that it does actually exist.
Your island is not saved locally (only on the account) so you lose it entirely when logged out like this and have to โstart overโ from another account.

I loved this app but came back to see everything is outdated, only reports from 2022โฆ.
Does what intended but unapproved charges.
The app works perfectly, exactly what it is intended to do but every few months? Whether I tell it not to or not, the app will charge me the $10 โpitch inโ amount for helping the environment. I have cancelled it 10 plus times now and it just keeps charging me.
