Treez Companion is the mobile extension of the Treez platform, built for dispensary staff who need fast, reliable tools on the floor. Customer Management Search, create, and update customer profiles. View purchase history, upload documents, and manage medical patient information including MMID and doctor permits. Documents are loaded with signed URLs for secure viewing, with full version history available per document type. Fast Check-In Scan a driver's license barcode or photograph an ID document to instantly look up or create a customer. Smart matching finds existing profiles by license number or name, and check-in verification ensures all required fields and documents are in place before proceeding. Saved sales are detected automatically and surfaced during check-in. Membership Agreements Present customers with your store's membership agreement directly on the device. Customers review the agreement, provide contact information, and sign on screen. The signed agreement is uploaded to their profile and optionally emailed. Employee PIN verification can be required after signing, and agreements can be enforced as a check-in requirement for adult-use, medical, or MMID patients — all configurable per store. Document Scanning Capture passports, state IDs, and other identity documents using your device camera. Powered by AI and OCR, scanned text is automatically extracted and mapped to customer fields for quick, accurate data entry. Manager Authorization Sensitive changes like enabling MMID status or updating state medical IDs can require manager PIN verification before saving, keeping your compliance workflow intact without slowing down the line. Auto-Select Store After your first login, choose to automatically select your default store on future logins. Settings are per-user, so shared devices work seamlessly for multiple staff members. Configurable anytime from the settings menu. Built for Dispensaries Supports adult-use and medical workflows, including MEDICAL and MEDICAL_MMID patient types. Store configuration is pulled from your Treez portal, and sessions stay alive with automatic token refresh, so staff aren't interrupted by sign-out prompts during busy shifts. Requires an active Treez account and dispensary access.
