Trejnisto delivers just-in-time coaching! You can set up a private team group, and within that group, you can:
-deliver immediate coaching messages;
-engage your team in providing feedback, refinement to coaching messages;
-receive suggestions for coaching needs; and
-monitor - on a pulse basis - the moods of your team members.
Trejnisto is a simple, mobile-only coaching toolset intended to drive better performance and troubleshoot, on demand, requests from team members for process or best practice insight from their coach.
NOTE: This app requires a code to bind users to their private workgroup and a coach to the coachees. To obtain a code, please contact info@guidingstarcc.com.
