Called into trek to set up trek app, Winston was awesome, very professional and quick!!
Good but needs option to add more than 1 bike
Works great except when I added a 2nd trek bike to the app you lose the first bike. A pain to get the original bike back on the app after deleting the new bike. This app works with only 1 bike. I confirmed it with Trek.
Battery Drain
This app severely drains your iPhone battery. Just done two rides and phone was out of battery before my ride ended.
Does townie go
I love this bike it makes life better. I hope they make it so you can use 2 bikes on the same app. I hope to buy a Townie go S next summers.
LBD
App does not work with TQ hpr 60 drive systems. That means no recording, no motor tuning or dashboard functions at all. Trek has told me for six months that the app is being worked on. I will likely die of old age before they bother. EXTREMEMLY poor customer support for some of their most expensive bikes. SHAMEFUL

Nice when it works
The app is overall pretty decent. However, I can no longer upload my rides to Strava in the app. I tried disconnecting the apps and reconnecting to no avail. It also takes a while to connect to my bike, unlike the Hyena app.

Genau. Ich habe die App schon neu installiert… hat nichts gebracht. Es kam mit dem Update, davor ging es einwandfrei!!

Update – Wir haben das Problem mit dem Export von Fahrten zu Strava behoben. Sie sollten nun in der Lage sein, zuvor in Trek Central aufgezeichnete Fahrten manuell zu Strava hochzuladen; zukünftige Fahrten werden nach Abschluss der Aufzeichnung automatisch hochgeladen. Bitte wenden Sie sich an ridersupport@trekbikes.com, falls Sie weiteres Feedback oder Fragen zu Ihrem Fahrrad haben. Viel Spaß bei der Fahrt!

Die App war die ganze Zeit super, die letzten 2 Fahrten geht das hochladen über Strava nichtmehr… Schade…

Total garbage
Will not connect my TREK Allant+ 8s. Trek dealer said to use the Bosch app. that will not connect either. What losers are writing software for this company? I paid a lot of money for this bike!

Something is amiss I’m just getting to this App 2 years later but I can’t find my bike. Yes I’m on WiFi, yes the bike is on. Yes it’s mine.

Not importing rides
After software update on bike, some rides don’t upload even though connected to phone.
Bike shop couldnt help (other than update firmware).

Horrible app. Have to make an account. They’ve never heard of people with single-letter last names. Why do you need my height and weight with no way to skip? Why do insist on location permissions? I JUST WANT TO SET THE CLOCK ON MY NEW BIKE.
The design and user experience are not favorable
While it does contain valuable information, the app is plagued by a lack of continuity between pages, rendering any features that would otherwise be intuitive… obsolete.
In its present state, the app is functional but to call it clunky is an understatement. It’s operates like a Frankenstein monster with each page looking and acting like its own entity that is not conducive to a smooth ride. That said, I’m on a cruiser go riding around east Santa Cruz so I’m not mountain biking or anything.
If gets 3 stars still because as a new comer to e-bikes, I am somewhat satisfied with the ability to tune the motor, some battery and charging info (but even more of it missing) and it has a map app that is very difficult to use and seems kinda dangerous.

Basic app that does it's one job poorly
This app is a pretty basic activity tracker but it doesn't even do that well. The "pause ride" doesn't work. When you go to resume your ride the app has lost connection to the bike and you have to reboot the app to reconnect, which either saves or discards the previous portion of your ride. Don't bother with this app, just use Strava!

Perfect
Trek could have taken the easy route and actually made an app that worked and measured the metrics on the screen accurately but they made the brilliant decision to make the app so unusable that you decide to never use it. Put the phone down. Ride the bike. Brilliant. Solid work trek.

Most bugs squashed now very solid
Does a lot in one app, but the best part is being able to customize in great detail how my electric motor works, so I can turn it right down for long range and a slight boost, all the way up to the 300W juggernaut for steep hills. The map while riding works well, easy to pinch and rotate. And the database of rides is helpful. Thanks Trek for fixing all the bugs over the last few months.

Great app. Does not display heart rate from Apple Watch.
The functionality of this app is great. It would be better if it would display speed and distance from the map view. Also include heart rate connectivity to Apple Watch.
History issue
Unable to open history, when trying it closes the app down completely.
