Completely unresponsive
The app says a NP will respond to you within 6 hours, but they’ve literally never responded to me. They also took my money for postpartum labs and never sent them and I can’t get ahold of this company. Are you still in business!? Please give me my money back.

my favorite pregnancy app!
i have endometriosis so conceiving was already pretty tough, and i was worried about my hormones once i was pregnant. trellis makes it so easy to see how my levels are. it’s really a relief being able to see all my data like this and i can’t wait to do the postpartum labs after i give birth. i recommend trellis to everyone i know that’s expecting!

Free Trail is Misleading
I am in the 7 day free trail, which I got an email saying it begins as soon as you first sign-up - But many of the marketed features are not accessible. You have to verify your identity and then wait for them to find your records. It’s unclear how long that process is going to take. One of the primary reasons I got this was the idea of centrally tracking my data and seeing insight from it, but so far this is just a very simple pregnancy symptom tracker app, not worth $96. Hoping it comes in time before the free trail ends or I will cancel.
