Great customer service very glitchy app – I do not recommend
When I call Tremont Credit union for support and assistance, the phone agents are great. There are times in which I need to move money around very quickly through the app and six times out of 10 times It will work, but at critical times this app has let me down on several occasions. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and at critical moments the app fails you. I have moved money from Tremont Credit union to other baking services because of this issue. User Beware….

Frustrating
This app needs to be completely revamped. I always have to call to have my password reset even when I know for a fact that I’m using the correct password (because I’ve logged in that day already or am on a device where the password is saved) the app locks me out and the only way to reset it is to call. It takes up way too much time. There should be a reset option on the app…when I call customer service and ask why the account is locked they can’t see, multiple times I’ve been instructed to update the app and try to log in again. I have apps for other banks and things are much more streamlined.
Inside of the App it’s hard to track money in the account. I noticed charges to my account from a different state. There was no way to report it on the app. I had to call the main number where I was directed to a third party company (I thought I was being scammed because the company didn’t even know which bank I was calling from) I was told by the third party that I would get a paper copy of a report to mail back in order to have the account reviewed and get my money back. In this day and age this 3-4 step process is completely outdated. I never received the paper and never received my refund for the fraudulent charges ($200.00 worth).
Customer service is always nice and welcoming. The office are nice and I have good experiences in person. However, this app is not a reflection of what I experience in person.

Password problems
Basically, I have to call the main number EVERY-TIME I try to log on to the phone app.
WHY can’t this app have face log on, or 8 number pin after logging all the important info in?

Great service glitchy app
So this is the second time trying to write a review and I feel like I’m using their app again because something buggy happened while writing the review. I love the service and products that TCU has to offer. However I’m very frustrated with the functionality of the app. It is not very user-friendly I’ve updated my password a bunch of times constantly, and I have deleted and installed the app three times. Some of the buttons at times are not responding to my press. I think I will just go to the physical location the next town over to do my transactions.

All I need in one app
This app does it all! I can pay my bills, check my account balances, transfer funds and even deposit checks!
Crashes
App keeps crashing every time I try to log into my account. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall numerous times a day very annoying not happy with this app

I have been a member of the crisis union since 1971 and have seen it grow while continuing to provide personal customer care. When my daughter became a Boston Teacher, the first thing she did was join the credit union. Lottie and Dotty would be proud. Do you know them!?

I have been a longtime member of the Tremont Credit Union and I just say that you guys are a decade behind everyone else with your app. I really think the creator of this needs to look at some of the larger banks like BAnk or America etc. and take a few things from there online app. This is by far the worst banking app I have ever used! Every week I check for an update. I only gave 2 stars because I love the credit union otherwise it would have been 1 star.

No check deposit feature?
I thought there was a check deposit feature; Is it available for IOS iPhone? I can’t find this feature anywhere in my app, can someone help me locate it?
App crashing
App is always crashing doesn't allow you to sign in your account. Good credit union just gotta fix a couple things for online banking
Fully functional & convenient
I'm so glad you added the check deposit feature to this app! Now I can deposit checks without having to go to a branch or ATM. Very convenient- thank you!
Could be a little better
The app itself is amazing. Makes it so much easier so I don't have to go to the browser on my phone to look at my account. However it would be even more amazing if you guys could support Apple Pay and Touch ID. With everybody using their phones nowadays it just makes sense. Thanks!
