Horrible
Absolutely the most frustrating password manager app I have ever come across both on the app and the web browser. In order to access this vault you must enter a password, than use your authentication app, than enter in a very long passcode they sent you. And don’t forget to log out of their VPN before attempting this. Horrible!!!!!

It very good for protection and safety for my phone

Hard to use
Long time user of the Trend Micro products and generally like them but only recently started using this app. It’s alerting me to leaks of my email via email notification but when I click on the link in the email it just takes me to the webpage for this product - so I sign in and then nothing. Literally nothing is available to give me details of what the actual leak is! It just shows me all the features it has and what I have signed up for but nowhere do I see the actual alert info! I’ve used many similar products for these types of alerts and it’s always easy to see the actual alert details. With this product I don’t see them at all - maybe I am missing something but if so, the product needs to be easier to use. Spent too much time looking for the info already!

Dubious of so much personal info in one app
Don’t consider this to be a great idea as been inundated with spam emails after putting one of my emails in for a ‘check’. Passwords and ID used to be separate apps. Honestly not impressed so in the market for ‘different options’.
Awful app
I couldn’t be more disappointed in the app if I tried. Not in the least user friendly like it’s previous one. Doubles up on passwords, if yo7 need to change it you have to find the website instead of being taken directly to it, it won’t auto fill without a lot of hassle and with the latest upgrade it won’t even move past the opening page and is STILL asking me to import passwords from other areas despite there being none to import. I will NOT be keeping this with my new upgraded product, I’d rather lose money than go through this torturous process every-time I want a Password. Dam shame as the previous password manager was great.

Can’t get past step 2
I did everything it said to including clicking the link in my email to activate. Yet it stops at step 2 every time and lets me save the qr code code to photos and then nothing. How do I continue to step 3? It seems stuck …
Useless
I can't hate on this app enough. I get text messages about data leaks that take me to web browser webpage and not the app where I have to do full login with no autofill email or password every time. If I go to the app myself I can't find the data leaks so have to go through webpage log in for details. Half the time the data leak is the email with absolutely no idea which site it is associated with or what password needs to be changed. It could be any one of three dozen passwords that I use. I don't get the point of this. Password autofill from this app or PC app is cumbersome and unreliable. Their predecessor Password Manager was more user friendly. I don't know what I'm getting for this but won't renew next year.

Hackers can get you anywhere and I have been using Trend for years now so adding it to my iPhone makes me feel so much more secure when cruising the internet searching for things to buy online 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
