VPN doesn’t even work

I paid almost 400 dollars for this connected with my laptop at the start of last year, i’ve been trying every since to use the VPN but it always disconnects right after connecting. And when it DOES connect when I try to go on websites nothing works and it says theres ‘no internet connection’ it doesn’t work on my laptop nor my phone. This was a waste of my time and money, tried reaching for assistance and the website is on ‘high demand’ didn’t even get a response.

This service is consistently slow. My download is under 1mbps across multiple country selections making it unusable. My normal internet connection download speed is above 50mbps. Avoid this service.
