Needs improvements
App is great. It really would like it to be already included with your maximum security lisencing so I am not having to pay extra for something that should be standard making it easer for us to activate and use. Also you need to add more server locations in the United States and add at lest 1-2 server locations in Mexico.

Hi Mikey, Wifi Protection and Maximum Security are different subscription from each other. Trend Micro WiFi protection is a different product which checks the safety of your Wi-Fi connection while Trend Micro Maximum Security is a multi-device protection against viruses, ransomware, dangerous websites, and identity thieves.

The IPad app deletes your account login
I have used this service for over 5 years with no problem. Now after the renewal it keeps deleting my account information,so I have to sign in every time I want to use it. Also the 2 factor authentication isn’t working properly so your treated like a criminal when your a customer who paid for the service. Do not use this VPN anymore. I would recommend Duck Duck go or another provider.

VPN doesn’t even work
I paid almost 400 dollars for this connected with my laptop at the start of last year, i’ve been trying every since to use the VPN but it always disconnects right after connecting. And when it DOES connect when I try to go on websites nothing works and it says theres ‘no internet connection’ it doesn’t work on my laptop nor my phone. This was a waste of my time and money, tried reaching for assistance and the website is on ‘high demand’ didn’t even get a response.
