Unnecessary Changes from New Leadership
This app is ok at best. Needs way more functionality if you want it to be anything more than a glorified sms notification to look into something. But that's not what I'm here to discuss.
As of FQ32025, new TM leadership is shuffling sales verticals and causing us (client) lose our trusted relationship with our years long advisors. Honestly, I would leave TM XDR if I had the choice. As an UI it's ok. What I as a user and client greatly prefer is the reliability and concierge service provided by these trusted reps.

Lazy
Can’t get by the login because of total lazy design. I have access to multiple accounts and the screen is not responsive to allow me to choose correct account and login. Need major work.
Current features are great looking forward to new features
I have heard that a lot of new features are coming soon. Looking forward to additional functionality. App seems to work well and is very good for what it offers now. Like the ability to get notifications on my mobile. Allows me to take actions quickly for my infrastructure.
