Message not accurate.
Even after apex one agent is updated to latest build 9120, still its showing as 9120 as outdated build.
For old build or new build the message states as build is outdated and may be affected by the critical vulnerabilities .
Kindly fix it.

I have never seen a mobile app that simply fails to perform any of its functions. I can only guess that this was published by accident.
