Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We’d like to clarify that our pricing does not include a $15 charge for a 10-second video. Our plans start from $5 for 25 credits, which is usually enough to create 2–3 full videos. As for the result quality, there can be a few common reasons why a video turns out poorly. The most frequent ones are low-quality uploaded photos, photos that do not show the full body, or choosing a source video that is not well suited for generation. In general, videos featuring real people dancing or singing tend to work much better than anime-style characters. Please contact our support team at support@trendclone.app and include the email linked to your account. We’ll be happy to add free credits so you can try again, and we can also help you with the best photo and video choices to get better results.

However, I didn’t even get to generate my video because of a problem with the app…
but the app still took all my credits!!!!! Even tho the video didn’t generate!!!!! Waste of time

TrendClone is not a scam - we recently launched, and there were a few technical issues during the initial phase, which have now been fixed. Video generation requires tokens because it involves real processing costs on our side, so we’re unable to offer it for free. However, every new user receives 20 free credits to try the platform and explore its capabilities. We appreciate your feedback and are always here to help if you have any questions.
