Bad communication, laughable
Just get Spotify premium lol. If you have issues with this you’ll have to figure it out yourself. Took them 8 years to respond to my email. I am not exaggerating. I sent an email in 2018 these guys didn’t respond on 2026 it’s a joke.
Why update
How are you guys going to keep updating the app and it still doesn’t work? You “update” it by adding a subscription option and random things nobody asked for. Just because your app looks better UI wise doesn’t mean it’ll work as good either. Literally all my favorite songs are not loading anymore even with the clear cache option. At this point it’s unusable it won’t play or load any song not even from search or playlist. Buggy, laggy, can’t exit out of the ads for some reason?! And all in all you guys need to stop worrying about money and need to start worrying about if the app actually works well enough to start asking people to pay. I wish Musi was still available.

Malfunction
After i updated it last, my downloaded songs have not been working. They will load and load then turn the app off completely. I can’t even listen to music in my car because it will either not play at all or play one song then completely go off. Please fix ASAP.
Awesome but there's a problem
Ever since I've updated the app everything has not worked. For example, Every time I would try to listen to something it would freeze up and kick me out of the app. It would be much appreciated if you can fix the bug and make it usable again.
