It’s a no for me
I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I’ve even recommended it to a few family and friends. With everything going on with it now? I’d seriously go as far as calling every single person I recommended it to? And tell them to delete it AND leave a review. This is ridiculous. We already have to deal with ads interrupting every single or every other song, the songs don’t load, it glitches out, sometimes even doesn’t let you play a song when you’re out and about. The list legit goes on. Everyone needs to STOP using this app, I definitely will be. I’d rather sit on YouTube and listen to music.

Hi, songs aren’t playing even when favorited, new songs when you click on them either take forever to load, or don’t play at all. Even when a song is playing, sometimes the song might just skip itself while in the middle of the song, or it might suddenly stop and then when you go to make it play again it instantly hits you with a ad, which is a whole new bug. Bugs like these has happened many times on this app, I’m wondering what exactly is the reason. I’ve been using this app for around 3 years now and it’s ridiculous how it still has most of the same problems from years ago. It’s like, a new update comes, fixes some things for a week or 2 and then all the bugs come back or even add new ones. Instead of adding new features and all that, please focus on making the site actually useable and working for atleast a month, because at this point, this is egregious.

Glitchy
I've tried to troubleshoot this app more times than I can count. I can't get it to play consistently, songs overlap one another, and it crashes all the time.
Good app but is laggy
Whenever I enter the app, everything starts to glitch badly, I. Can’t play anything. Even if it’s downloaded. And even so if I play something, it glitches and then I can’t play anything other songs at all. Please fix this!
Great updates, just 2 bugs in need of fixing.
Hi, the current updates have been amazing, I haven’t interacted myself with much of the new things added as I don’t find a need for them, but they are really good features to have for diversity. Great update though and the changes have been nice to see. There is just one thing that’s kinda messing up my experience. For the favorites playlist I’m having a hard time getting the songs to play. They sometimes take a very long time to stop loading, and sometimes they don’t start at all. Another bug that happens is that sometimes in the middle of a song being played, the song will automatically go to the next song in the playlist even though the song is not over yet. Sometimes completely ruining the flow of listening to a song. Compared to the old way, where favorited songs would play almost immediately no matter what, this is very sad to see. When you get the chance could you find a way to fix this bug? I haven’t interacted myself with the other playlists to see how the songs play but for the favorites playlist, this bug is a heavy blow as I like to drive while listening to music.

What’s going on??
I’ve used this app for 4-5 years now, and it completely deleted all the songs O cached. And if you’re not logged in with an email, there’s no way of finding ALL the songs you’ve downloaded over the years. Now, everytime my phone connects to WiFi, it’s like my entire playlist needs to be downloaded again, or some of the songs are no longer there. Whenever I lock my phone or exit the app to go on another one, the music stops playing.

as long as you download the music when you have Wi-Fi, you can listen to it off-line and that’s the best feature about the app even though there’s quite a ton of ads and I’m not a big fan of the app change I liked how it was before the design but it’s fine

Well I’ve used the app 6 years now and I used to love it but now none of the songs work and I’ve reset my phone and deleted and re downloaded the app and nothing. I’d appreciate if you fix it because i actually love this app.
Music won't play
I'm trying to play my music and it just loads forever and then just skips to the next song, I don't know why this is happening and it's very annoying
Problem it’s not playing the PJ Masks songs please fix it
It’s cool and all, but the problem is it’s still not playing the rest of the Disney songs that I wanted to play which is PJ Masks and the other characters from Disney please fix it. Thank you and have a good day. It’s making me upset and frustrated that I can’t play my music. Please fix it please just fix it as fast as you can. I love this app but there has been some issues where some of my songs won’t play or they’ll lag even when I’m on WiFi😩 half the time the song isn’t finished and it cuts off but the music bar is still movin

Like the old version once you have saved your songs you can go back offline or online but this new update for the app you have to be on WiFi in order to listen to music, now I’m stuck looking for a new app to use for long term I thought this app was it I’ve recommended many of my friends to download and I be been using trending since high school, it’s very unfortunate for me I’m about to delete it for good!

song switch issue
this is a great app but whenever i try and play a song sometimes it will just switch to a completely different song i wasnt tryna listen to

The songs I download sometimes don’t play offline. And have trouble with app freezing and crashing
