Completely Illogical
This app and the ticketing methodology is nonsensical. The invoice doesn’t even list the details of what one purchased. The ticket only displays within a window of time prior to departure. There must be some reason for this, but I haven’t figured it out. Sure works be nice to refer to the itinerary - but it doesn’t exist.

It was a great app until the update. Now I cannot purchase tickets with a CC. What’s the point of this app of you cannot buy tickets?

Semplicemente disgustevole. Ho comperato due biglietti. Entrambi sono sul mio app e non c è modo di passarlo all altra persona in caso viaggi su un treno diverso. Vergognatevi !

Terrible and clunky
Not user friendly at all, overcomplicated login procedure with so many consent points, the tickets does not show the time of departure let alone the direction of the train or its live position. Even the platform number was wrong.

Se il treno arriva, si ferma, tu passi per il passaggio a livello, che è colpa loro se non sanno nemmeno chiuderlo, ti fanno la multa dicendo che saresti potuto morire, ma per favore. Se il treno era gia fermo, c’era solo 1 binario. Fanno di tutto per dei soldi. I loro ritardi sono un disastro, mi verrebbe da mandarli in tribunale con tutti i giorni di ritardi infiniti che mi hanno causato guai. Avrei già più di 1 trilione in banca

Lacks critical information
App doesn’t not show timetables or route details of replacement bus services. As a result, you need to be able to speak with a Trenord employee to get this information.

Forget it if you’re not Italian
Great for getting tickets and planning journeys but absolutely useless at getting the tickets onto your phone unless you’re Italian. Filling in the online form on the website, which you have to do to get a digital ticket, is useless. Although it gives the option of picking your country it then wants you to pick only an Italian region and then an Italian city where you were born. Pathetic!

Password and access problems
In spite of deleting the app and starting over a few times, my password does not work on the app, only when using computer. I replaced my password on my computer to cross reference the problem but repeatedly am blocked from phone app sign in, when I need it most …while travelling!!!!!

Confusing app
Bought a ticket from Tirano to Milano Centrale for tomorrow and ticket is not showing up in app. Purchase history has nothing but credit card company sent an email of a charge!
Purchase option does NOT WORK
I have always used the physical monthly card for my travels, but I was recommended to use the APP instead. Big MISTAKE!! I made to the train just in time before it left and I was trying to purchase a ticket and surprise!! It shows the itinerary, but by the time I got to the purchase ticket option the APP doesn’t work! I ended up paying the regular fare inside the train PLUS a surcharge of €4.20 for not purchasing the ticket in advance! ABSURD!
