So far I like the way this hardware wallet, the Trezor Safe 7 operates, and stores my assets.

Overall the app serves the purpose fairly well. There are two things that would make the experience better:
- Performance (gains/loss). It seems like this should be doable based on the transactions and current coin value.
- Etherium coins at the top level (without having to tap into Etherium to see them).

Can’t buy bitcoin
App won’t let me buy bitcoin or any crypto… I specify the amount and the receive account but it never loads the providers or means to make the purchase. Works on desktop…

Used recovery seed and no funds populated
I bought the new Trazor 7 because I didn’t trust putting my seedphrase into the website to get the update. When I tried using the seedphrase to recover my funds in the new wallet, no funds were there. I had to transfer the funds and pay a fee. No 24/7 phone number. The only option is to be extorted for a $99 consultation fee and have to set up an appointment so that they can tell you how to navigate the problem that shouldn’t be a problem. Horrible service!

Easy to use and track.
BUG- needs fix
When trezor is locked and the user clicks show full address after clicking receive in bitcoin, the page goes blank after address is confirmed in the trezor device. The workaround for this is to close and reopen the app and keep the trezor device unlocked to confirm wallet address. Very bad experience.

I sent ADA and I can't see the transaction and tokens on the PC app (Ubuntu app). You also need to add the main blockchains faster. You're missing the chance to gain more users, ever since your competitor Ledger enabled the "backdoor".
