Doesn’t work on newest update of iso 14.3
Cannot trust this application
This app needs some serious updates, using the timer is so unreliable, it’s turning white and red off at night but leaves the blue on for hours, then in the morning nothing comes on. Go to manual mode and you can see the white toggle switch move to the on position when it’s on already.
However the most annoying part is the lack of customer support, you can’t call them up to discuss like you can with fluval.

It’s taken months for the manufacturer to respond, the issue still stands apart from it now does whatever it wants and I have to use it manually.
I guess it maybe 2021 before I hear any more!!!

Just poor
Returning lights because they are simply not programming correctly. Awful software
Tricky app
I have had this tri spec led with app for i pad 14 months. And works well once set up. I have had cause to reset 3/4 times through power outages. To avoid probs with timer I have found
It best to reboot blue tooth on my iPad then readd the Tri-Spec app to list of tools and apply settings ,then should work fine. It seems to have a cycle to go through so be patient with the timer

Awful
Was sold this product on the confidence that is is the future of lighting for an aquarium along with a premium price!
Looks great when the lights are on but once you want to use the main feature such as sunrise/sunset it does it’s own thing!
Lights left on all night not going off and creating more algae because of this.
No contact support number and no one seems to know what the best resolution is to fix it.
Update the app! Make it user friendly!
We are paying a high price for something that is just not working!
I’m tempted to contact consumer rights or even the ombudsman as the product does not do what it says on the packaging.
Various emails sent with no response - shocking - truly awful!
