Flawed Error Message
Will not save answers because the app indicates it is not connected to the internet despite the iPhone clearly being connect to the internet via wifi.
Horrible UI
The way this app presents the questions and saves them is about as old as the Renaissance. The most recent flaw is that it doesn’t move beyond a certain point because it claims that you aren’t connected to the internet. This is a backend coding flaw. There’s a small chance that it could be a front end coding problem, but either way, applications from the early nineties were more advanced than this.

This was a game changer for our study and made our PH3 a major success! Will always use Signant Health.
Hanging
Hanging. Won’t start. I have filled the data every day. The doctor says I have done it 75%.
Inefficient
This could be one of the most inefficient apps I have ever used. Sure it gathers all of your data, but you have spin these stupid dials to enter items multiple times that you should not have to. It’s like this app was made for a bunch of incompetent individuals.
