Not even an app
This is just a cheap website. And it violates apple’s guidelines.
It works sometimes
It works sometimes, I find that if you use it at night it crashes or doesn't load and during the day it works fine.
Horrible
After almost every update it doesn’t work. Are your programmers in kindergarten?
Program Crash a lot
I usually have to load the app a few times before it can be used. Right now with iOS 17 it’s not working at all.
Updates don’t appear
Balance was paid March 12. App shows “updated” balance of today still not with that payment. Accounts receivable didn’t address neither did our community manager. App is proving useless to owners and was a selling feature

Horrible
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemies.
Super bad management
Since Tribe took over First service at our building. In 3 years fee up extra $300 like 70% increase. Also we have the worst building caretaker I have ever seen. Kingsway and Nanaimo.

Deeply offensive name change from Bazinga to Tribe home. Worst kind of cultural appropriation. Especially with what has happened in Canada. Absolutely offensive. I am forced to use this app as my landlord chose it as the only means to communicate with them, otherwise I would NEVER use it. Horrible app.

Organized and simple to use
Keeps me organized. I know where to find building info. Great improvements on being able to book building facilities. Lots of communication happening on the Loop!
Can’t start - keeps crashing
This update keeps crashing - how can I revert it?
Garbage app
Buggy as hell, logs you out randomly, if you leave it in the background for a day or two it basically freezes and you have to force close it and restart.
Lots and lots of small user interface annoyances. It feels like an app from 2008.
Total amateur hour on the technical side.
If your building uses it you have no choice you have to install it if you want to use the services, but this is a really bad app choice for this kind of thing.
The website is much better, but even there it feels very dated, at least 10 years behind the times.
A fully deserved one star, not given out of anger but just honestly this to me is a one star app.

Happy customer
My life wasn’t as simple as it is now. This app changed everything for me. It gave me a new life. Thank you Bazinga for being there when we need you. Much love.
Frustrating
It will randomly log out so you don’t get any notifications. So unless you manually check the app everyday you’ll have no idea what happens in your building.
It also can’t remember your username and password either natively or through the iOS password manager.

Crappy app
As a platform, this thing works so well. Keep track of issues with my strata, make listings, etc..
The web site works great too..
.. but why can't the app just be functional on a basic level??
Push notifications don't work at all, and leave an infinitely spinning "loading" wheel that never loads.
I constantly have to force close the app and reopen it to get anything to load.
Photos don't have thumbnails and take up to a minute to load when clicked.
The app freezes all the time on a brand new iPhone XS.
I'm constantly logged out and have to log back in for some reason.
Can you just hire a software engineer to sit down and actually try to use this thing, so they can get as frustrated as I am and fix it into something that works?

Good for instant access to strata documents
Good app for viewing your strata documents, council minutes, etc. But ultimately it’s usefulness depends on your strata council’s willingness to upload the documents to the service.
It has also finally been updated for the iPhone X/XS which is nice.

Garbage
Constantly logs you out (so when you want to use the app you have to log in each and every time) and now it’s completely bricked every time you open it. Broken.
