Force quitting as address was of non servicable
I want to change the address to a servicable location but it keep going to exit page and nothing. Happened twice and no option for trouble shooting. Such a waste of time!
Waste of time and money
App is not so user friendly, its so difficult to find something on app . Placed an order selected delivery time but didn’t got delivery, no communication from trice . When Enquired and asked to cancel several times they said we will check and sent the force-full . Already informed that I have purchased items in absence of delivery but they still sent even after knowing my situation. Extremely disappointed . Would suggest to not waste time and money on trice better go for some other app or buy local stores .

I recently ordered from Trice and customer support is hesitant to give any support. This is prepaid order system and anything can be sent and be prepared to throw as there is no transparency what you will receive and the number of units you receive

Asks for delivery address again and again
What kind of app is this ? You don’t do basic testing ? I have added items to my cart and trying to checkout , keeps asking for delivery address and does not go even after filling . When the delivery address is showing on the order , we press checkout and then the delivery address starts right from City . Despite filling 101 times it’s the same story again . Can’t place the order . Pls get some basics right before you brag about having apps .

Great attempt
So far I have been enjoying trice service . Please do not compare this with Swiggy or zomato . Their business model is different and the way they deliver is different . You have some fixed slots at which the delivery happens and worked out very well for me . They are on time .
Worst app
Don’t ever try to install, it does not work as explained in the description. Crashes very frequently and poses as if a fake app only captures users personal data and stops responding.

The way TRICE has handled the lockdown situation has been commendable to say the least. We are living in unprecedented times. Outstanding customer service. And the delivery folks are so polite. You guys have been amazing!

It basically gets a lot of things done for us in the society be it ordering grocery items, become a chef, getting newspaper, milk in a streamlined channel. can’t imagine life without trice now.

Trice is a way of life for us
Trice is integral part of our life...right from our daily needs to entertainment to contributing towards social cause, Trice help us on all of these fronts. My wife has a traveling job but because of Trice, I and my son always get home food. During lockdown, we were able to contribute kindness baskets to needy people through Trice. We as a family play Tambola daily on Trice and the best part is those friendly exchanges with our friends and neighbors about the game on different WhatsApp groups....As mentioned Trice is a way of life for us 👍 keep up the good work
