Fun, challenging, and relaxing
I just finished playing through level 100 and I like the game so much, I had to share a review!
Tricky tiles is a slow-paced puzzle game with enough challenges and change-ups to keep me engaged but thankfully leaves out overly-frustrating stumpers and perks/boosters (there are no cheats or hints). Some of the levels gave me the thrill of that “ahaa!” moment where I’d been staring at the puzzle for a few minutes and then it clicked. Some of the levels amount to repetition of a pattern, which was so cleverly delivered it was tasteful and actually endearing.
The game has a pleasant design and intuitive features. The developers are generous with “lives” so you can pick up the phone on your next break without needing to watch ads excessively (unless you want to).

Simple and fun, yet challenging enough
This game is simple and fun while offering enough challenge to keep you engaged and entertained. It's also a game you can play here and there to pass the time (e.g. when in line somewhere waiting for your turn) without feeling you are missing out.

Fantastic puzzle game
If you are a fan of simplistic yet challenging puzzle games, Tricky Tiles is definitely for you. While the game starts off very easy for the first 10 levels or so, don’t be fooled! Tricky Tiles quickly turns up the difficulty for some levels that left me stumped for a while. And best of all, the game is free! There is a lives system where if you lose a level, you lose a life. When you lose all of your lives don’t be worried, because you can either wait a short time or watch a quick 5-30 second ad to get back 5 more lives! And I don’t mind sparing a few seconds of my time to give these developers the ad revenue that they deserve.
Overall this game works for both those want to solve a quick puzzle or the more hardcore puzzle audiences. The 100 levels will keep even the brightest puzzle solvers occupied for several hours, and best of all they are planning to add more levels! Great game!
Also a quick note: the visuals and audio used in the game is on par with many other great small developer teams. Without knowing, one could easily think this game was made by a team of experienced game developers.
