Free, nothing is free…. Time consuming , burns through time fast and didn’t get even or close to get the initial invested time back , I rather keep busy with a real ,coin app that does create profit and has more options and opportunities to get coin that can be transferred in crypto… yep this is a Limbo waste of time kinda scheme. The more you wait for miracle the more you get frustrated.

Very Good AR meets Blockchain
I have tested Triffic since 2020 and have had a great experience using AR. I didn’t do any of the beacon hunting when I used the app but I did log a lot of my driving over the years. The project has a lot of potential and is unique for sure!

If your in to crypto and adventure this is your app using AR technology you can walk around collecting crypto (gps) still in its early stages and a lot more features to look forward too in the future, highly recommended this app for all crypto enthusiasts, if I could give it six stars I would. Update 12/7/2020-Absolutely drains my battery, iphone 8-no other apps running and in 30 minutes my phone will drain from 80% to basically dead.
The camera system to scan beacons drains the battery even worse, it barely functions in low light areas and when it works it’s very odd and clunky. A better system would be a check in system of some kind when close enough. If no changes are made this app is pointless, will be checking back in, in a few months to see if updates are done.
Update 11/18/2020: To the developers: thank you for the responses and good explanations. I must have not used my words well on the “pending tokens” part.
I believe there should be a separate part from your wallet that shows “pending tokens”. These are tokens that you collected while moving but did not have any “fuel” at that time. I run out of fuel plenty of times without realize it while I am out for a walk, working or driving. If we could earn tokens that are set aside while we don’t have the fuel at that time, but then later on that day we can sit down and play some ads to recover some of those pending tokens to have them added to the wallet, but those pending tokens expire at midnight if not recovered by watching enough ads.
Hopefully that made sense. My only other issues are that the app is relatively slow to use in comparison to, say, COIN. The beacon hunting mode is slow and clunky, and it is impossible to use at night, which is like 7pm now that we are heading into winter.
Conclusion-If you all could add that pending ability (which is not the ability to earn more while holding tokens-two separate things), make the app run more smoothly, fix the beacon hunting to where it is possible to do it in low light conditions AND make the beacon hunting distance doubled or tripled that would be great. I have plenty of beacons, but unable to get to them due to it being dangerous, or having to be on the interstate or in a person’s front yard. That would be phenomenal.

It works as advertised, but some improvements points:
Wallet-The wallet tracks well and auto updates like every second, that’s perfect. BUT there needs to be a store in the app that shows me what I can exchange my coins for and how.
Sound-As soon as I open the app all other sounds stop-my music, podcasts etc., all stop playing. It’s really silly and highly inconvenient, especially for a walking app when I want to listen to a book on my walk and I pull up the app to check on it.
Pending earnings-When you “top up” your fuel by playing an ad, that’s good and all, but when you run out you may not realize, cause no one thinks about this app especially when it runs in the background, therefore, keep the set up as you have it, but set up a “pending” section that allows you to accrue coins, but if you don’t watch enough ads, by say midnight, those pending points will expire.
All of those fixes and you’ve got 5 stars from me, it deserves 3 right now but giving 4 not to help kill the app, it deserves a chance.

Thanks for the feedback. We are in the process of adding cash outs to the app as our big blockchain upgrade happened last month, allowing us to do so. The sound issue is already fixed on the development version, so this should be released - along with power-ups functionality in the next couple of weeks. Re the pending points, we actually reward people for holding tokens - there is more info on our website under the ‘GPS Tokens’ section.

I like the app but don’t know how to withdraw tokens. I have upgraded the three categories to lvl 5 as it sais on the website but it doesn’t tell me how to withdraw

It requires you to watch ads constantly to be able to mine it’s currency and pays next to nothing when you do. It allows you to mine for 15 mins with each 30 second ad which means to mine for 24 hrs you will need to watch 96 ads the equivalent of 48 minutes of ads.
It has supposed bonuses that you can collect but it hey just disappear when you arrive and you get paid nothing.
These developers either haven’t thought the app through properly or are laughing at everyone who uses it as it will constantly collect data in the background even when it isn’t paying you for it.
