TriggerTract is a self-management app designed to support people living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and histamine intolerance (HIT). Built from personal experience, the app helps users better understand symptoms, identify patterns, and manage daily wellbeing. With TriggerTract you can: • Log symptoms, meals, drinks, bowel habits, and stool consistency • Receive AI-guided insights, wellbeing suggestions, Predictions, and Reports • Build personal safe and trigger food lists using the Explore feature • Save preferred locations with the integrated map feature • Use the app in guest mode or sign in with Google or Apple • Choose Light Mode or Dark Mode independently from device settings • Benefit from adaptive text sizing and an accessible user interface • Access a dedicated Guide tab on each screen to help you understand and use the app’s features In guest mode, information is stored securely on your device. In account mode, data is securely stored to support account access and synchronisation across sessions.
