Very disappointed with this company.
I have been a loyal customer for years. I have spent a lot of money with this company. I placed an order in October for some items that were a pre-order. I have emailed and sent messages on Facebook but no one will respond. Don’t waste your money!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I was a happy customer since 2018. In October I placed an order that I have still yet to receive. I contacted customer service multiple times through email and Facebook with no reply. I reached out to Jennifer Gannon Green (the owner) personally and she said she would check on my item. She then ghosted me and it never came. She is posting on her personal TikTok that she is no longer associated with this company and to dispute charges through PayPal! Such a scam!!!! They must have went out of business without telling anyone. They still have all their social media platforms open even though they are not shipping out items.

Very unhappy customer
I placed an order back in October. Still haven’t received it (it’s now January). I’ve e mailed MULTIPLE times with no response. I mean is this business just taking people’s hard earn money or what?? I’ve seen several people with the same complaint. I just wish someone would respond or something. Makes me think they’re taking everyone’s money. I know they have to see the e mails.

Recently Disappointed
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018 & used to rave about Trilogy to friends & family! Such good deals & good clothing. Basically since the start of this year, things have gone downhill—slower order shipments, missing items, things being cancelled. Impossible to reach anyone from customer service. I’ve tried emailing the customer service email 3 times since November 12 regarding an order I placed on October 24 with absolutely zero response & I’ve tried messaging on Facebook & the Trilogy page. From the appearance of their social media pages, it looks like numerous customers are dealing with this with no end in sight.

Steals your money
I would like to begin by saying I have been a faithful customer for 3 years, but this business has changed. I ordered almost $100 worth of merchandise and it’s been a month and my clothes haven’t even shipped. I have reached out via email about 7 times with no response. I don’t know what has happened to this business, it’s definitely very shady!

Don’t waste your time-do NOT download this app. The boutique use to be honest and good, now she is stealing people’s money. She won’t respond to emails and doesn’t refund money that people paid. Save yourself a major headache and shop elsewhere!

The owner does not respond to any social media messages, will not respond to emails, and will not respond to text messages. I placed an order over a month ago that I have not received and cannot get her to communicate with me. Something sketchy is going on because I am not the only one dealing with this. She is stealing peoples money and not sending what has been purchased nor will she update the customer about the order. Coming from a customer since 2021 - you’ve been warned. Do not purchase from her!

Terrible customer service!!
I she been waiting over a month on an order!! Will not respond to emails! I have emailed 4 times with no response! She will take your money and not send you your items!! Do not order from here!!
Missing items
I placed an order in early July for several items. Charged over $100. The items were said to have arrived mid august, only 2 shipped. No refund for the other items, at least 4 emails inquiring about items ignored. Finally responded & they said "all set" about a week later no refund or missing items. DO NOT order from this store!

Item not shipped/unresponsive
I ordered 2 items June 7 I received 1 of them on June 29 the other item has been paid since the original order it’s now Aug 1 and I’ve sent multiple emails and a text with no response. These were $54 jeans. If I can ever get them to credit me my money back for the unshipped item I will never order from them again. So disappointed I ordered a lot from them in the past but customer service has become nonexistent!

I have been waiting on an order for seven weeks. I’ve sent three emails with no reply and have no indication my order will ever ship. I ordered a lot from Trilogy Threads in the past, but never again.

Recently Trilogy Threads has not been up to par with their orders!! The clothes are cute cute cute, but not worth waiting forever for without any word on when it’ll come.
