Hard to use for mass cleanup
It doesn’t discover all emails from a single sender all at once. So you end up unsubscribing from the same sender multiple times, and it takes A TON of work to unsubscribe from everything. It would be great if you could filter to a specific keyword or sender (e.g. unsubscribe from everything from PayPal or everything with the word Promotion) I am yet to validate if the unsubscribe actually works, definitely not convinced it does so far.

worthless
Thanks unsubscribe
Great to unsubscribe but wish you could also block emails that all start with “company name”
BEWARE!! Deleted ALL emails in inbox
It’s years later and my emails are still f’d. I’ve lost important legal documents and chains from this and have gone through all troubleshooting. My email account is now useless. Still dealing with repercussions of this app deleting ALL MY EMAILS EVER. The one star warrants the speedy response I got on customer service. EVERY SINGLE EMAIL in my inbox was deleted. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. They do not unsubscribe you for anything, they simply create filters to send your emails straight to trash. In my case, every single email I’ve had in the last 12 years. I was told I will need to manually fix this myself.

Amazed
Wish I knew something like this existed years ago!
AVOID at all costs
This app doesn’t work. It only shows it’s cleaning but it doesn’t do anything. I repeat. It doesn’t do anything. Is most likely a scam because I cannot find a way to cancel it.
I wish I’d read the reviews
Was happy to pay as I liked the interface and expected it work. Not entirely sure it does as I’m still getting mail from accounts I’ve unsubscribed from.
Entirely behind a paywall - which they don’t tell you before doing the annoying process of syncing
Poor
Really poor
Downloaded the app and within minutes realised it wasn’t what I wanted so checked my apps to check if there was a trial I needed to cancel and there wasn’t so I deleted the app, 2 days later I’m charged £27:99 which clearly seems like a scam As nowhere on the app does it state this, and then when you realise it’s too late and trying to cancel is ridiculous also. Will be doing all I can to get the £27:99 back as this is terrible

If I could give 0 stars I would
I emailed to cancel my free trial before it ended, sent 8 emails and did not get one reply. Took £40 from my account and have been requesting a refund for this. Absolute scam.
Info then fees!
We want your data! You have to give your info before they tell you how much you have to pay. Deceptive business practice!
I have less than 100 emails for the first time in 20 years!
I have tried so many different email inbox cleaners, and different email clients trying to get a handle on email and nothing was working until I found this app. It’s got a great free trial so you can try it out to see if it actually works and I’m so excited to see that for the first time in 20 years I have less than hundred emails in my inbox. Using Trimbox today I deleted several thousand emails and actually found a few emails that I was missing that were very important. Time will tell if the unsubscribe function works well, but so far I’m very impressed, highly recommend!

SCAM
Signed up to 7-day free trial and then found out it was a waste of time and the app did nothing but connect to my emails. I then emailed to cancel subscription and deleted my account. They then made me pay I have emailed again but looks like I’m going to have to cancel my card to get rid of this sub I also had to go into my email account and remove its access. Do not sign up as they will just take your money and never respond.

Bad User Interface
No option to end subscription or bulk delete emails inside app.
So far so good!
It’s SUPER EASY so far. 1st day using.
SCAM ALERT
They do not give you the option of canceling the free trial, it does not show up in your Apple subscription list and you will be charged. 49.99 Canadian in my case. Do not be fooled.
Cheeks
Only good for unsubscribing, if you want to mass delete emails it’s useless. Don’t waste your time or money. No faq center also, you have to email them everytime you have a question.
Worked great until it didn’t
At first this was great and really helped with deleting stuff but at a certain point it just stopped updating and only shows old information. I tried taking my email account off and back on again. Even with a new phone still doesn’t work. It’s just stuck
Atleast Learn to Mention in your spam Ads that this is a Paid app
Paid app do not install they will ask for money eventually after doing everything
SCAM
Such a scam, actually the worst. There’s no way to log into your account, so if you do pay for a year subscription and somehow get disconnected, you’ll never be able to access your account unless you PAY AGAIN. Like, how is that even a thing? You guys were either stupid enough to not know how to make a login page, or they purposely did it to scam people to have to repay for a subscription. They just stole my $40 and refuse to answer or help.
