Only complaint is when adding receipts 5 error pop-ups take over the top of the screen you have to click off

Most Glitchy App Available

This app absolutely doesn’t work and I’m looking forward to the day when my company migrates away from it.

I’ve used it for 4 years and it constantly (literally every month) flags me for violations that don’t exist. Failure to note expenses? I put notes on each expense in multiple places. Trying to attach a receipt? How about we crash the app instead. Need to bill something to a specific project? Those fields are decorative.

I’ve been relegated to hobbling through expense reports with an elaborate combo of web browsers and this app. I’m 1.5 hours into this month’s expense report and have no idea how I’m going to complete it with all the crashes.

Expensify is so much better

Takes me almost a whole day to enter all of my expenses and this app does not save me any time.

Expensify would take me 10% of the time. This app is filled with bugs and it is pulling teeth to try and submit an expense report as the app crashes every 5 seconds.

Works, but a bit tedious and buggy

I can do what I need to do, but the app has a ways to go. Expenses from is tedious and takes far too many taps. Sometimes bugs cause error messages that cover the buttons on the ui. Can’t create recurring expense reports as far as I can tell. But it does the basics.

Expenses messed up

When trying to input multiple expenses via mobile app, upon adding a picture of a receipt it defaults back to the info for the previous entry and you have to back out and start over

Glitchy app

This app is terrible compared to ones like Expensify. It is very glitchy when trying to take pictures of expenses and add details for them. It often confuses the new expense with an expense already entered so you have to redo it multiple times.

Super helpful - as long as there’s no bugs…

This app is used for every convention my company goes to. However - we find it more frustrating that useful at times. From all the bugs this app brings, we find ourselves having to constantly correct information when submitting single expenses, reports, mileage, and more.

Bugs we have noticed:
• The title of expense reports doesn’t save. So when we submit a report to accounting, we are recalling it nearly every single time because information just kind of reverts…
• the mileage information seems to guess what’s going on based on some sort of traffic data - it often doesn’t provide the route I take to location and instead just provides the “shortest” but not most cost efficient route - so the employee often loses money on this.
• using receipts to enter information works maybe 5% of the time - and that’s a generous estimate, especially with how many types of receipts we provide.
• we have seen coworkers just simply being unable to use the app, from not being able to login - to it just stops responding.

All in all - if this app worked 100% of the time, it would be amazing. But at this point when we use it, it’s the gamble of “what bug will we have to deal with today???”

Just stick to the trinet website to enter expenses, even though that can be worse…smh.

Not good

The app is clunky and just does not work. Frequently stalls and crashes. I would never use it if I did not have to. Bad.

pdfs??

why oh why can we not upload pdfs as receipts?

Buggy and a decade behind other tools.

Let’s face it - this app exists because it has to, not because we want it to - and the attention to detail and functionality (or lack of) shows.

Bad

The app doesn’t work at times and when I have expense reports do they disappear but my payroll department doesn’t have them either. They vanish into thin air.

The workflow for creating reports is unintuitive and cumbersome.

This app is so clunky and it’s amazing that it barely picks up any information from receipts nor does it help with any auto populating. It’s an absolute waste of time considering Expensify and other expense apps were doing full auto populating 5+ years ago. A joke of an app.

Always glitching

20 years in pharma this platform is the worst I’ve ever worked in. Always glitching, not syncing with the online version. after 3 entries it starts not saving. Honestly more issues than I can count. When it’s working properly it’s good but it only works when the stars align or blue moon . The time wasted and aggravation on this app not even worth the expense reimbursement

No longer works! Was promised it would be repaired. How difficult is an app to maintain??? Horrible.

Terrible Experience Waste of Time

Every time I try to do multiple receipts and multiple expenses on the app. It always messes it up. I have to close out app after inputting every individual expense.
