Bad experience

I am in on call rotation. Some situation needs to be urgent but the app took so long to sign in, lagging when ack the alert. Not recommended

Super FAST

The heck!! Do you know why hospitals are still using good ol pager? Cause they are simple, reliable and fast!! While your app is taking forever to load!! It is supposed for escalating urgent matters, yet i have to wait forever just to ack the alert!!! And wow the web version is blazing slow!! I can finish my cup of coffee while it is spinning. Utter disappointment!!

Very slow loading on app start

For time-sensitive on-call app, the start up is very very slow everytime, even if I have already open it recently. Also most of the time I need to kill the app because it’s stuck on the app start.
