I would like to choose screen colour
I wish there was an option to choose previous colour this lovely blue-green, turquoise(?) type colour. Or even white or different shade of green like in a logo.

Confusing
We have had the same name on a trusted account but suddenly the app says the names don’t match. We changed nothing. Always had an initial and not a full name.

Best bank I’ve ever been with
Can’t speak highly enough of Triodos bank. Friendly staff and easy to contact, quick resolutions to card lost or stolen. Great services and most importantly the most ethical bank by far. Investing with a conscious has become so much easier.

Great but limitations are frustrating
I do love this bank for so many reasons - particularly how ethical it is. However, I’m often frustrated by: it not appearing in drop down options for making payments with various companies; it not automatically interfacing with accounting software such as FreeAgent (meaning I have to download, edit & upload CSV files to do my accounting); etc.

Triodos is one of the few ethical banks that is certainly worth using, especially for ethical savings. A they tell you how this bank’s resources are used for good causes!
Swapping tech for ethics
It was definitely a bit of adjustment coming from banking with Monzo for close to a decade, to go back to an app that feels more basic than what I had with NatWest, when I was with them for a couple of decades prior to that. I definitely noticed the more basic features by comparison to Monzo especially. But what really matters is the ethical difference, and what climate damage is caused by other banks loaning out your money. And Triodos have an iPad app, which Monzo never have. So I appreciate that as well.

Not great
Last Saturday the IT system at TRIODOS went down and two payments were declined and I could not use my card for a few hours. 30 mins waiting on the helpline and NO response from the fraud email at all! . No update from TRIODOS at any time despite the super new app? Pretty bad in my view
Simple and clear
Not too much bloat. Graphs and investment tracking is all I need.
A new way
Thrilled with Triodos! It’s a good feeling having a bank that cares and is doing something positive. Trustworthy is not a word you don’t normally use with a Bank!

Opening account with better interest very easy with the Triodos app
highly recommend!
i recently switched my current account to triodos based on their ethical credentials as i realised that there was literally no good reason to bank with my previous bank, who invests in what can most simply be described as evil things. i feel much better about this little element of my life now! the app itself has been upgraded since their most recent rebrand and it's super slick and user friendly. my only builds would be that i'd love instant transfers, as it takes up to two hours for money to enter/leave the account which can be kind of tricky when i want to move money quickly, and i'd love if there were more spending/savings analytics like some of the digital banks out there. all in all would highly recommend!

New logo and design
I love Triodos’s work and principles and think the previous logo reflected that far better than the new one. It was also far more distinctive.
