It works as you need it too and after using it for a bit I’ve got used to the layout. You don’t always need to use the slider to adjust miles you can type them in too.

I bought this app hoping to find a handy tool. £1.59 and it will not even open.

Awkward springs to mind, the inputs don't marry up when calculating the distance, I would have thought the ap would have done it, I have a free app that's better than this 💩

Great app. Does what it says. Would be better though if it showed you the route it had worked out, as you may travel a different route so the mileage being slightly different.

Finally an App that does what I wanted a simple elegant means of calculating the cost of a journey. Well done to the developer/s. perfect
really-useful app
This is really useful to help decisions about whether to use the car or take the train - specifically tailored to my car's petrol usage rather than the average figures for petrol usage from google etc. easy to use and really useful to be able to get the distances too, particularly if you know the postcodes of the start and destinations. Its good for enviro - conscious people like me as i have taken the train several times when the ticket price is close to the petrol price, and no wear and tear on my car!

Do not buy.
This app does not work. I understand the premise, but it doesn't work properly. This app seems to be the only one of its kind, so I hope the improvements stated by the reviewers can be made. An app like this could be so, incredibly useful for budgeting!

Trip cost issue
I must be missing something... It says my 830 mile trip, with $3.89 per gallon, and my vehicle getting 18 miles per gallon, will cost me $1.79!

Most straightforward app for this kind of thing available. Tried the free versions of the other ones , most needed you to fill up your tank each time to calculate! All I need to know is how much a journey from a - b is likely to cost. One thing I would like to see would be a history of previous trips. 5 stars !

Great but needs work
Nice additions on the update (decimals etc), HOWEVER it would be great to input fuel as price per litre (as we do in UK) BUT also have fuel used (brackets under cost at bottom of screen) showing in GALLONS NOT LITRES.
Great simple app but desperately needs trip distance and mpg to be to the nearest 0.1 NOT to the nearest whole digit as this can result in inaccurate figures.
ALSO, even though we work in litres at the pump (in the UK), there should be the option to show GALLONS used (under the price, on the main screen) !
