Excellent customer service, especially from Jesus, and very accommodating for our large group.
Three levels... lower level has the public beach busy-ness, and the top level has a beautiful view and a nice breeze.

Adarsh was EXCEPTIONAL!
On a recent trip to London I stayed at the Hilton Doubletree West End and came across Adarsh at the helm of the lounge and bar. Adarsh was a true gentleman and service professional who not only made me feel welcome but looked after me even nursing me through the World Cup 3rd place play off but the World Cup Final too! Adarsh and his entire team were EXCELLENT! Thank you for making me feel so welcome! PS. The Chicken Tikka bites were amazing!

Fantastic
Was planning this meal for our last night. But plans changed and had this much earlier. A family of 5 had a fantastic meal here all enjoyed even 2 juniors. Glad I came earlier as I will most probably come back a second time before leaving for home.
Exceptional customer service
Astrit at the front desk was simply amazing. He made the check in process so smooth, and provided us with the perfect room for our stay, with an included balcony. Every time we passed the front desk the customer service agents were smiling and friendly. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had; absolutely gourmet. Room was spotless and fully equipped, to include a stove and refrigerator. The castle is right across the street. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Oslo.
