Worst site for booking your holidays. Fraud !!
They take your money and don’t give good service. The take money before and after that they don’t pick your call . Even there cab drivers are rude and not good at behaviour. Choose any other travel site else you will waste your money.
Don’t go with trip factory
We have planned tour to Andaman with tripfactory and have made an advance amount of 1.20 lakh and just before couple of days we get a message from indigo regarding cancellation of flights and since then we have been waiting for reschedule of our trip and the employee who was involved in our booking just resigned the next day of our booking confirmation Now we have been just given assurance and no serious action has been taken in that matter till now We have our confirm train tickets to Mumbai and your company is not responding and solving our query a bit And in that case you people have been provoking us to rate your agency below 1 star and in case you can not reschedule our trip with same date You people are kindly requested to refund our amount as soon as possible Other wise this will not be good from either of the sides We being your existing customers believed in you people for our next holiday But you people are not responding accordingly You people are given one last working day now as we cannot wait more as just 10days are left to leave for Mumbai now Have booking with name -Utsav Sethiya Reference Id For our package is-TFN002EJSJR So you people are kindly advised and requested to do the needful in this matter as we can’t tolerate this irresponsible behaviour your agency any more Everytime i call to company for this issue every employee says the same thing that we will revert back to you but we didn’t get any single call from company regarding reschedule our trip & it’s happening from last 5 days but there is no response from the company What about our payment we’ve already paid the money how can i get the refund or reschedule our trip

App is so clean and stable
The app is so clean and very precisely displaying the itinerary. But the limitation is the app displays only confirmed trips will be good if planning also included in the app like trip creation and all.
