Travelled Georgia , Azerbaijan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore , New Zealand, Dubai, Hong Kong , Macau , Thailand, because of this app . Think twice before working with them
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I had booked my stay trough Tripoto at Nature Care Village and had to cancel due to personal reason. But Tripoto have reschedule policy under which i can reschedule my stay within next 90 days.
Now when I’m asking them to reschedule my stay(within the range of 90 days) they are denying saying they are sold out.
Now my money are stuck with them. They are not ready book my stay nor they want to extend the reschedule days and not even giving me refund.
So think twice before booking with Tripoto or Nature Care Village because once they take money from you, they won’t cooperate in anything

Issues with interface on IOS
I downloaded the app today and how of the feature are not accessible. I can't search, see forum, explore itinerary on the mobile app.
Incorrect information is what they have.
I started using tripoto a while ago and was active since more than a month.
I had posted few trips and one days suddenly i got an email from tripoto sayin that my account is blocked as i tried to promote personal business/brand which was 100% inaccurate as there was no such activity from my end. Clearly a failure from their end. I feel so disappointed from this platform. They need to work on their trackers a lot.

App is not working on IOS
I am not getting options to upload pictures or access any other option on IOS version. Please fix this.

I’ve done everything to upload pictures from the app.
Something just seems to be wrong with the uploading algorithm.
This is really Frustrating.
I hope i get a response ASAP!

This travel app is so good you can find any information of any place
Good for planning, but unhelpful to content providers
Good things:
Great place to find itineraries. Very useful in planning.
Bad things:
Credits are useless since they just provide small discount and always require second person at full fare. Kind of person who books via Tripoto knows that own planning can save about 40% anyway.
Trip editor is basic and could be better.
They have essentially outsourced content generation but don’t provide functionality to manage and download content.

A complete travel app- Needs a fix
This travel app is one of the best I’ve used so far- free trips, all kinds of travel packages, offers, articles, forum. You can make the best of it.
The app and the website accounts don’t sync in fast enough regardless of the internet connection being fast enough. This needs to be fixed soon! It is not very convenient to login to a laptop every time. I always prefer surfing the app and write my blog while on the commute. This sync issues makes it challenging to use.

Unable to upload photos from iPhone
Unable to upload photos from iPhone. Although privacy is set to access photos, the app says don’t have access.
Facebook login is not working!
I’m regular user of Tripoto. I usually prefer web version but I just downloaded app to give it a try. And couldn’t login using my Facebook account. Please check it!
