Think twice before working with them
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I had booked my stay trough Tripoto at Nature Care Village and had to cancel due to personal reason. But Tripoto have reschedule policy under which i can reschedule my stay within next 90 days.
Now when I’m asking them to reschedule my stay(within the range of 90 days) they are denying saying they are sold out.
Now my money are stuck with them. They are not ready book my stay nor they want to extend the reschedule days and not even giving me refund.
So think twice before booking with Tripoto or Nature Care Village because once they take money from you, they won’t cooperate in anything

Issues with interface on IOS
I downloaded the app today and how of the feature are not accessible. I can't search, see forum, explore itinerary on the mobile app.
