No.1 travel app around
This is the only app you need. Don’t waste time with any other!
No real time
Now cant even tracked the real time of the transport’s location
The only app worth paying for
Trip view is the most stable thing in my life. I love this goddamn app
Max
It just works. It has done so since I began to use it. The paid version does more and helps me to do things more efficiently. Still does.
Sorry it’s so long
Hi yeah so a lot of the buses are mobile dara unavailable, this is extremely annoying and it would be nice to get it fixed. Also, when it comes to where it says how many seats are available ik the bus, it always says that there are many seats available, and while thats sometime true, basically every single time it’s wrong and there are like no seats and I have to stand.
Thanks
Thanks

TripView is the best
Had it for years, so much better than anything else
#1 for me using PT
I think TripView was one of the first apps I purchased. I use every day in Sydney. With TripView + Opal I find I use buses a lot more. It’s also help full when travelling to Melbourne or Brisbane/Gold Coast. I share the Lite version with tourists I see struggling getting around Sydney. ❤️👍
Great tool
Very easy to use, assuming TfNSW are providing info, very good app with multiple options for travelling. Use it many times a day.
TripView
Outstanding app. The best accurate and and very easy to use. I have been using this in Sydney and Melbourne for many years! Thank you!
很便捷的公共交通指引
好用,很方便,能准确及时了解公共交通时间,减少等车时间。特别是在陌生地区,能很好地确定坐车线路。
Daily dependant!
This is a great app. Have used it for over a decade & rely on it getting to & from work. Really helpful building a rail trip with multiple connections & checking what’s up ahead that’s causing a delay.
Needs a redesign & your development team need to learn how to take constructive criticism.
Love this app. Use it daily. But is there any reason why arguably the most important info - the platform details - appear to be the smallest font used in the entire app? It’s time for a redesign, starting by asking “What is the most important infornation” then “What info do customers need to see at a quick glance?” Otherwise pretty good bugs wise. It’s just all tiny & hard to read.
Update: Tripview’s development team replied to say “Thanks for your feedback, we will certainly keep it in mind. If you’re finding some of the smaller text hard to read, TripView respects the text size that you have set in iOS settings, so you could consider increasing that.” The onus isn’t to make the text size on my phone bigger, it’s for you as a developer to design an app that is fit for purpose. My rating has now dropped from 3 stars to 1 star. - then the team replied a second time “Do you really think that we haven't considered "What is the most important information" or "What info do customers need to see at a quick glance?" - well no, or you wouldn’t be suggesting the user make the font size bigger in their device settings. Your customer service is as bad as your app design.

Everything you need in a public transport app
Best money I’ve ever spent on an app
Great and easy to use !
I’m near 70 and I am a little computer savvy used windows for years then swapped to Apple in 2011 started a printing business and the digital press we bought was better on apple so I’m happy with Apple. Used to have Blackberry. Then that last blackberry before they went gone.
So trip view I have had since 2015
Thanks Trip view

Northern beaches, Keolis.
Ever since the Northern Beaches bus services were privatised there have been a lot of ghost buses that never actually show up even though Tripview displays them as on the run and passing my stop.
Busses
Bus section is hard to navigate
As earlier alert as possible when bus is not on time or early
It's not pleasant when I arrive at the bus stop, after checking times etc on TripAdvisor/View, only to arrive at the bus stop & learn that the bus is 12 mins late!
Very handy
I use this since 2016 and it takes me to places
I’ve just realised why all the colours are shown
I went straight for the paid version on my son’s recommendation. It took me a while to figure out why so many services popped up, some of which appear they would not take me directly to my destination, but I’ve figured the colours relate to the different lines - I was using it in Sydney - and that the services which didn’t match the colour of the line I needed, still gave me an option to get to my destination, just with stops. Very useful especially for someone like me who is unfamiliar with the city trains, especially with estimated arrival times and indications of whether the train is running to schedule. Well worth paying for, even though I won’t have a need for it more than a few times a year.

I’ve just realised why all the colours are shown
Okay so I’ve only had this app a couple of days. I went straight for the paid version on my son’s recommendation. Firstly the search function needs more flexibility. I typed airport and nothing came up. It was my son who said I’d need to put domestic airport. The search function needs to be recalibrated for partial matches. But my big issue is how many services pop up which are not relevant to my destination. If I’m putting a destination, I would expect any services not going to that destination would be eliminated. Today I ended up on the wrong platform because at that point I hadn’t realised the services are colour coded and I should have only chosen the green services. But why not hide the non-matching services? That would simplify things. Now I have that figured out, I’ve upgraded my star rating from 4 to 5.
