About

Train for your next finish with a plan that fits your life. TriTrain brings swim, bike, run and strength sessions together for Sprint, Standard, 70.3 and full-distance triathlons. Choose your race date, training experience and available time to build your daily and weekly plan. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE Follow timed warm-ups, intervals, recovery and cooldowns. Cycling power targets use your entered FTP. Review your zones and update fitness benchmarks as you progress. ADAPT TO YOUR LIFE Log completed training, effort and recovery. Rule-based adjustments help shape upcoming sessions, and Plan insights explains the changes. Choose a rest day, move workouts and train in miles or kilometers. KEEP YOUR TRAINING TOGETHER Optionally import workouts and available measurements from Strava or Apple Health. Completed Zwift rides and runs can arrive through Strava once you link those accounts. This does not provide direct Zwift sync or send planned workouts to Zwift. Garmin integration is coming soon. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Review training history, consistency and estimated race splits. Enter your own fitness benchmarks and review suggested reference-pace updates before applying them. Export a backup to protect your locally stored training history. GET STARTED SIMPLY No email or password is needed for TriTrain. An anonymous account is created automatically; connected services require separate authorization. TriTrain provides rule-based training suggestions, not a validated coaching or medical model. Reference paces and race estimates are starting points. Adjust training to your experience and recovery, and stop if a session causes pain.
